I would like to share with the community some other info about pmdevice.com and its owner - Nature’s Accents.

Well, I wrote you that my friend is awaiting own order for almost two month. These motherfuckers started to completely ignore his emails, they don’t have a direct phone so there’s no way to contact them.

My friend decided to give another try and wrote a post at NA’s forum - betterman.com. And what do you think happens then? His post was deleted and he was contacted through the PM with entreaty not to post on the forum as it’s not for the customer support, and work with Kenny (the guy who sometimes answering to emails at NA) to resolve the problem. But how to ‘work’ with him, if he don’t answer the emails… What a shitty situation. I’ve done a quick search on BetterMan and found a thread where were other guys’ claims about the same issues.

Well, what to do now? I guess it’s better to take legal action against Nature’s Accents due a breach of contract, but fuck this, my friend is going to contact his bank and issue a chargeback.

I understand that you’re upset for your “friend”. His post was deleted from BetterMan.com because the forum is not for customer support, what’s hard to understand about that? As for the delivery problem that he encountered, this is very rare, and we are working to correct the problem. Unfortunately, some international orders take a long time due to the receiver’s country’s lack of infrastructure. We do answer emails and try to work out problems, but with the amount of volume that we ship, problems will inevitably arise.

I assure you, as I have assured your friend, that we will get this straightened out. I believe that many members here have had positive experiences ordering from our company.

I don’t doubt many of your customers have had positive experiences, but I decided to write about this negative one. Whose fault is it? Of course yours. I don’t know who you are, but that guy who sometimes answers the emails - Kenny don’t want to deal with my friend as far as he understood. What else he can think, if he sent about fifteen messages, and received no answer? You got the money, and no responsibility? Very nice policy. Just explain, how much else should he wait for the order, and if the package got lost on the way to addressee, who’s responsible for this?

By the way, my friend is not a man, it’s woman. She ordered the PM as a gift.

Not for nothing, but if your Customer Service won’t respond to him directly, then where else should he go for satisfaction? You have the right to do what you wish with your own corporate site, but erasing a post dealing with a customer service issue smells a little shady, don’t you think? Particularly when the established channels you direct to have already failed to be responsive? If you have some formal affiliation perhaps you could expedite the resolution of this issue? That would be a stand up response, as opposed to merely defending a practice that seems to only serve to keep Customer Service issue hidden from the view of potential buyers. Just saying.
Note that I do like your product and have no personal issue with your organization. Peace unto you.

MadDog, tell your friend to issue a charge-back and re-order at a later time, or better yet, wait until monkeybar’s auto-Vac stretcher is available- perhaps he can figure out some alternative payment option. His customer service has been A-1, with the only hitch ever when he’s introducing a new product and you’re asking him to service an older piece- he’ll get to you, but he’s a small shop trying to satisfy a lot of customers.

Note to ALL TPers- buy your products within the PE community whenever possible- these are the guys on the cutting edge of PE product development, and their stuff will be knocked off soon enough, perhaps for cheaper- but you'll have the satisfaction that you're also subsidizing PE advancements in some small way.

I ordered Penimaster on Ebay. It goes for $159 with free shipping. I ordered it yesterday. Today, I got confirmation that it was shipped. I will try it out. It would be great to gain an inch in a 3 month period!

It seems to me that PeniMaster devices that is for sale off the eBay is a returned ones (see manufacturer return policy). Of course, the manufacturer cannot sell the returned ones on one’s own, but why not to sell it for a less price off the some private person through the eBay… That’s much better than to destroy it. Just think about it. By the way, you got it for relatively high price, there’s a guys who got it through the eBay for less than $100 US.

Don’t expect so much. That’s only possible if you have the time to wear it for 10-12 hours a day. However, it all depends on your condition.

Now I can call you and your ‘company’ a liars and swindlers with the certainty. You got this straightened out by this time? In what way? I can tell: by completely ignoring the customer. We have had enough of this shit, and now we will definitely take legal action against you due breach of contract, besides I’m in the U.S. now so this will be easier.

Lol 1 inch in 3 months? I doubt! If you are going to fast (Pulling hard in the beginning) your morning wood and common erections will vanish. So you have to spend months only to get use to the device pulling on 600 - 900g. On the Yes forum NO one have gained 1 inch in 3 months and I don’t think thats possible. Maybe if you are using it for 20 houres ++ daily on 1500g but who can do so?

I used the extender in 5 months. 3 months on 600 - 800g, 10 houres per day and 2 months on 1200g, 2 houres per dag. In this periode I lost my hard erection and my morning wood vanished and I only gained 2-3 mm EL and 1mm in girth. Don’t pull to hard!
