Anyone wear the ADS to work??

How many hours and what kind of work do you do??

My first time doing it.. Just slipped it on in the bathroom at 3pm. I get off at 5pm. The reason I did at 3pm. Half of the team and my manager is out.

Luckily I sit at my desk all day for my work, I do inside sales. Cold calling and sending emails

I am wearing one of the silicone tube “anti-turtling” thingies while i work. There is no way i could wear a traditional “extender”. I do too much climbing and squatting etc.

What is this silicone tube anti turtling thing? Do you have a pic?

You are the poster child for how not to begin PE. Well done. By the time you are 2 months in you will have hardened your dick to the point where gains are probably impossible.

Can you please elaborate? What if he was using the ADS and doing manual exercises also?

What have I done wrong? I just started my PE journey 3 weeks ago, I’m a newbie and I want to learn. Teach me master! =)

My 1st week, was putting on the size genetics for at least 1 hour, day on/day off. I was trying to get use to it, get comfortable, figure out how put it on and off so.

2nd week, I’m put it on for atleast 2 hours everyday with 1-2 day off for the week.

3rd week, putting it on atleast 3-4 hours a day with 1-2 day off.

I just started doing stretches and jelqing. I’m learning!!

I just order my VLC tugger to modify size genetics to see how it really feels. I read alot of reviews, its more comfortable with it.
I like to wear my size genetics at least 5 hours a day.

You just started your PE journey 3 weeks ago, all you should need is the newbie routine, and if you go beyond a gentle start you will toughen the tissues in your penis which will limit your gains. The more excessive your routine, the faster you will toughen it.

Yes I think you should settle down, just go slowly I understand this can be very exciting at first but the excitement will wear off if you break your dick or toughen it too much.spend a bit of time reading the archives and you will learn lots, I spent seven months reading and learning before I even posted here, and it gave me a great base to start with and helped me understand the culture here at Thunders

I was a tad under 6 inches BPEL and a tad under 6inches EG when I started, I haven’t measured for a long time but last time I did I was a bit over 7 BPEL and a bit over 6 EG. All of that from the Newbie routine I might add, I do do some extra now but very little, mostly for penis health but my girlfriend still complains it is getting bigger.

Have you ever played guitar? Do you know how quickly callouses develop? It’s pretty quick. The body reacts to what we do to it.

What you may well be doing is training your penis to resist a constant force. Extenders are designed to be pretty constant and pretty low power pulling devices. I have seen very little evidence that extenders actually help with PE and there have been a few studies.

What you may find is that you get the up to 0.5” of newbie gains from EQ and then suddenly it all stalls. Your reaction then would be to work harder and that might be just the wrong reaction.

By far the best tools for PE are your hands and your brain and it seems from the, admittedly anecdotal, evidence on this forum over the years that dynamic exercises have a better return than anything static.

So, if I were you, I’d follow Behemoth’s advice and start with the newbie routine. Throw away the kit, don’t buy any more and stop reading the adverts if your intention is to gain. Of course if your intention is to try all the flavours of PE equipment as quickly as possible and then decide that PE doesn’t work, you are on the right course.

I’m not sure that following a manual or hanging routine with extender use is necessarily advantageous. The postulation is that you are keeping yourself in an extended state for longer and this is beneficial. I don’t think there is anything to support that postulation. Certainly, I notice a lot of extender users complaining about lack of growth but this could easily be bias on my part. Research for yourself and come to your own conclusions.
