Heh hows it going ectospasm and all,

I have bought one of these vacextenders and I am currently using it in place of the normal strap method on the extender. Wow is so comfortable I could wear it all day.

I am going to aim for 900 hours and see how it goes.. The only thing is I am not sure about what tension I am extending at the best thing I guess is to stretch past my EL.

Any tips very welcome. Ecto? How many hours have you clocked up now?

Keep in mind heat is the key. Id get a FAR infrared heating lamp for at home and reheatable gel or ceramic pads while outside.

Extending is a a slow process to gains but as effective as any given time. My feeling is that you need only extend 1cm or 1/4” beyond your BP erect to stimulate the process. Most will extend, especially with heat, beyond that. Mine stretches me out 3/4” or more beyond BP erect. I’ve been using the 5 lb springs in mine and it is not uncomfortable. But I’m not convinced it is any more effective or faster in getting gains than the standard springs. Sometimes I use a IR lamp but usually rice socks. It feels quite tight sometimes when first put on, then after about 15-20 minutes with the sock on, I’ve literally felt the bars spring out from the relaxing effect on the tissues. I try to lay around with heat on it for about half an hour then walk around getting stuff done in the house. How many hours? I haven’t added them up yet but so far, from appearance, gains seem minimal if at all. I’ve been doing pumping frequently though. Girth gains from my PE efforts, extending, jelquing and pumping are obvious. Likely 1/4” circumferential. But more length is all I really hope to get. Oh, I’ve done some hangng with the Vac sleeve also. Traveling and other activities has put a real damper on the PE lately.

Hi sll

I am uncircumcised and got vlc tugger for modifying extender to vac extender.. Does it do the same job as of gaining penis length by vac4 or does it only help to restore foreskin whch I have plenty of it already

Thanks.

From what I’ve read on the forums here, it’s purpose seems to be primarily foreskin restoration.

Does any VacExtender user know if the AutoExtender bars are compatible with Jes Extender? (As extra bars from AutoExtender are quite a bit cheaper than ordering from Jes)

Vac versus noose pros & cons

I’m not able yet to start a thread in the extender forum but having used the regular noose attachment with the Jes Extender and then switching to the VacExtender 4 cylinder adapter this is something that interests me and I’m quite interested to hear others’ experience.

I’m obviously still a PE beginner but I have logged about about 100 hours using the regular noose attachment with the Jes Extender (the “comfort strap” didn’t work for me as there’s no effective way to tighten and just slipped out) and then converting to the VacExtender 4 cylinder and now also using that for around 6 weeks or also about 100 hours. So I feel I have enough experience to have an opinion on each. For me the noose attachment wasn’t uncomfortable but it is still absolutely night and day compared to the VacExtender which is actually comfortable. With the noose I could do a 2 hour extender session but broken into segments of no more than 45 minutes due to slippage or to restore circulation due to cold glans. Whereas with the VacExtender I can comfortably do a 2 - 3 hour session without a break and then having a break is just as much from needing to pee versus any discomfort or pain.

With the VacExtender I haven’t had any blisters (I am taping per instructions) or discoloration or fluid build up. Just a mark on the back of the clans from the cylinder rim, but I’m going to try the next size up of cylinder which I think will solve this issue. From my experience I wonder why anyone at all would recommend a noose style attachment? The experience with a vac cylinder attachment is just so much superior, and not just comfort. For my n=1 observations there seem to be other clear benefits than just comfort to using a vac extender versus noose:
1. No loss of circulation, in fact better blood flow due to vacuum slightly engorging the glans. The flaccid stretch is actually quite full versus noose attachment was really “pencil dick”.
2. Increase glans size. Not sure about this just yet, but it seems glans might have a chance to grow. Will test this out with the next size up of the cylinder when I get it.
3. Safer, less chance of injury to glans and less chance of nerve damage
4. Feel more even stretch on the “internal penis” with vac cylinder versus feeling stretch coming from primarily the noose
5. Can also use the vac cylinder for light hanging (up to about 2.5kg or 6lb doesn’t seem to be an issue)

There are disadvantages but I think these are minor
1. A little more time to set up (but this is balanced by not needing frequent breaks)
2. Due to attaching at the tip versus just below the glans need another 2.5 to 5cm (1 - 2”) of rods in the extender. This makes the extender longer, more bulky and more difficult to wear around

I have seen other people complaining about the durability of the sleeves and vac rings, with tears, needing replacement, etc. But at least so far I have no issues with this at all.

So what do other people think? Should noose style extenders be recommended at all? Do they have a place or should they be abandoned?

My erection tapers down from base to glans such that my grans is relatively smaller than my shaft. As a resul, I had problems keeping from slipping out without over tightening the strap/noose. The VacExtender mod kit worked well keeping my glans well secured. However, I did experiencing some bruising when I exceeded 1.5 hours per session and several blisters when I did not properly vent the cap.

I’ve been surfing this forum for a little bit now and I am interested in the VacExtender. Site seems a little dated which is fine just curious if anyone has purchased one recently? I really like how it secures the tip unlike the straps. I see a lot of complaints about falling out with other devices.

I purchased some stuff about 2 months ago. Yes (like this place) the website looks like it was designed and maintained by a 9 year old, but the order turnaround and delivery was pretty responsive and I have no complaints about the product.

Scroaterboater makes a compelling case for me. I’ve got a quick extender pro.

Does anyone know if there’s a vac extender add-on/upgrade that’s compatible with a quick extender pro?

Awesome thanks - yes the QEP is 2” and the rods give a little play.

The rod diameter is very close to 10mm by my measurement - is it the same for your kit?

Thanks again

Scratch that last question - I remeasured and looked up on the website - the bars in the QEP are 9mm.
