Ok, it’s been a while since my last post because I cannot get past the 5 hour mark. I have drilled holes in the head to change the position of the noose so it’s more of a strap, but still cannot go more than the 5.

Aside from the time issue I am gaining girth! I am due to measure this weekend so will know exactly where things are. When I started this I could tuck the spare tubing in at the side of my dick. I can’t anymore as there is no room.

Back to the measuring: erect girth is now 5.5 inches. An increase of 1/4 inch. Nothing on BPEL. BPFSL increase of 1/8.

I can understand obsession as I was pathetically small barely 10 cm or 3.937 inches erect about two years ago but I am OK about 7 inches x 5.75 now.

And you are pretty much average your dick just does not grow by putting it down under physical pressure but it is also a psychological.factor often neglected by many.

Ok so I have got round to measuring…a bit of mixed results really. Everything is a bit smaller. BPFSL is about the same, if I was a critical man I would say its a tiny bit less. Maybe 1/32 or 1/16.

On the girth side, MSEG is at 5 1/4. Not so good, but my MSFG is now bigger than my starting erect girth.

Maybe I am having a bad day but it looks like I am turning my unit into a cube!

I think I will measure again in a week.

Do Not Measure So Frequently

Extending is a slow process. And, I understand your excitement because I am the same, I measured my dick daily to weekly when I was extending. Measuring to often can lead to disappointment.

You have to remember that your erection size has some variance. That is on warm days when the skin is loose and everything is hanging low you may be a quarter-to-half inch longer and girth-yer, as compared to a normal day, exhausted day, or even worse a cold day when thing down there shrink. If you want some consistence when you measure, then warm your stuff up with a rice sock, or similar, and clear your mind of anxiety.

But, I highly recommend that you only measure once a month to every three months, depending on how aggressive your routine is. If you extend for 12 hours a day measure monthly. If you extend for 4 hours a day measure every 3 months

Another way to track to keep track is record all your hours extending and measure every 250 to 500 hours. Remember that you expect 0.5 to 1 inch every 1000 hours. And you should minimize taking days off, or just don’t take days off. Basically, you are wasting your time when measuring too often. Discipline yourself by earning hours and then measuring your gains because the long term results will be more gratifying.

Yes. Vacuum was the way to go for me. I tried the all-night thing only after many trouble-free daytime hours. Try at your own risk. The lack of gains was characteristic of my history with PE. I gained during the first year and then basically nothing. Also, I used an extra large vacuum head and had the ADS arranged to pull up via a shoulder harness, so there was no interference with erections, which occurred normally throughout the night.

I am wearing my extender virtually all the time I am not at work now. Not with a lot of tension, but I try to do an hour each day at max and use heat. Not measured girth but the wife has commented on it so think it is still gaining. Life is good at the mo!

Keep up the good work. The reward is worth it. How is your EQ? How many hours do you average per a day? Duration of extending before a break, between breaks? Days off? Supplemental PE?

Sorry for the beak with no contact; life got very busy with no time for PE or anything else really.

I am going to try and get back to it with a bit of a vengeance.
