Stretching questions

Any suggestions for an extender that I can use over night? Considerations:
Limited budget - prefer to go for under 150 USD
Long foreskin - is this an issue? I dont want to stretch that anymore
Penile sensitivity - do not want to affect sensitivity in any way

My preferences are for a vacuum based one like vacextender

Another question is in terms of manual stretches. I have a long foreskin, anyway have a way of manual stretching without stretching the foreskin? I pull it back first like in the video, but it starts to come back over mid stretch. I also lose my grip a lot. Any suggestions?

You should never use any type of device or other PE method overnight. Never ever… If you happen to cut of blood circulation, it might be the end of your sex life. No joke….
