Strap Vs Noose

So I need some opinions, I have used the strap (holds your penis about an inch from the tip) and the noose (holds your penis at the glands). Now I have recently been using the noose and it feels like it’s competely stretching the internal structure of the penis. I have heard that is what a vacuum ads does.

Can anyone confirm? Trying to gain some knowledge.

I haven’t been using an extender lately in my routine. When I did, I personally prefered the strap as I felt it was more secure as opposed to the noose which seemed to slip a bit easier. I dunno if one stretches better then the other, I definitely have less experience with the noose as when I started using the strap, I stuck with it.

If I could I would use anything other than my noose…

I started using a strap, went though all the pads then I just used a triangle bandage. I was left with the nooses with the memory foam padding so I’ve been using those… Problem is when I get them set the tension and find comfortably between going numb and perfect I feel the stretch, but after using the strap for 6 months I can’t stretch to my fbpel which is 7.5 and it’s more like 6.8 really weird. Sorry for that run on sentence.

Also if I stretch it past the 6.8 it goes numb in about 30 mins. Is this normal because I’m starting the noose, even though my strap I could stretch it farther (more like 7.2).

I don’t mind it, it just hurts coming off but I also have the padding that goes around it.

You can buy memory foam or something of that likes at a craft store for much cheaper than getting it from any of the extender sites that I’ve ever seen. I’m not sure why the stretch is so much different for you using the noose vs the strap, again the only thing I can think of it that the noose doesn’t hold as tight so you can’t get too your previous fbpel. I don’t know why it would be numb other than the possibility of the noose putting pressure on a different part of the penis.. maybe putting pressure on a nerve that runs over the top of the penis?

Hmm maybe, I’m going to try to add 1/2 inch tension bar to see if it helps. Hopefully I can get the same stretch.

Hopefully that does the trick or at least helps. Keep us posted on how your finding the noose working for you over time or if you switch back to the strap. Best of luck!

It’s working out wonderful! Nice and tight no pain and no numb head during the 2 hours.

I use a velcro strap used for holding stereo component wires. It’s about 1/2” wide and they vary in length. Buy the higher quality cloth ones and not the cheap plastic ones. I wrap in the silicone band first and then use the velcro just behind the glans. More comfortable & secure than either the strap or the noose. The velcro does wear out after a while so buy a few of them.


PE for length: so her heart stops when she sees it. PE for girth: to get her heart started again!

Noose hurts. Strap is much more comfortable IMHO.

I wrap with 2” self adhesive sports wrap (clingly colorful stuff) about 3/4” above the edge of glans and 11/4” below. This provides a protected edge for the strap (x4 labs) to grab on.

Opposite for me kdong, I thought the strap was very uncomfortable but I found the noose tolerable. As with Dinosaur, the worst for me with the noose was taking it off.

However, I haven’t used an extender now for 2 years or so. I got a new extender (LeLuv), using it stock. Lost the other one. To aid comfort, I sewed a piece of microfiber cloth around the foam noose. That helped comfort, especially when removing it. I also sewed some microfiber cloth around the base. Helped the chafing/rubbing when wearing it walking around.

Should I add bars in order to get more tension or is it bad idea if its longer then my flaccid length.
