I tried wrapping with a simple gauze bandage but it cut blood circulation off so didn’t worked.

If you were cutting circulation with the bandage/tension wrap, then you just put it on way too tight. I wear a tension wrap almost daily and I’ve only had issues once because I wore it for too long.

Here is a link to my thread showing my tension wrap.

Thanks for the reply and I read your journey post. Nice story.
I will try wrapping again. Starting erect or semi, because flaccid it constrain blood circulation.

Yup, I wrap erect, so as it recedes it isn’t as tight and maintains more of the elongation.

Using a strap wrap you will be able to control more effective the pressure applied. Those sleeves are pretty tight on the first weeks, but get loose in no time, requiring something else to promote any further pressure.

If you are uncircumcised it is most likely to happen some glans slippage, where the glans will be getting sucked inside the strap or the sleeve. I’ve had several encounters with this problem and the key is to find a way to pin the glans in place.

Not sure how it will be if you are cut.

Yeah I experienced this slip of the glans a few times when the wrap was a bit too loose, but when I put it a bit tighter It cuts circulation, while doing with it flaccid.
Trying wraping it erect is better, but as you said, without pinning the glans the get sucked inside the foreskin, I’m not circumcised.

I’m planning to buy some silicon sleeves, they will take more than a month to arrive, until there I will try my best with the wraping and keep jelqing.

Thanks for the reply

Which silicone use?

The benefit I found of this is that I could make thinner/thicker tubes depending on my needs. Also made a cast for a tip sleeve and an adapter so use the phallsosan bell with the jes extender. I think I paid about £40 for the silicone and I’ve made a whole bunch of fairly thick sleeves, as well as other non related objects and I still have a bout a 3rd or the silicone left. I would guess this is the cheapest way to go about it, providing you have a 3d printer or a friend who has one.

Hi, what type of silicone do you use and where did you buy it?

Silicone big toe covers work well if you are looking for light pressure. I cut off the closed end and stack them.
