When using an extender what kind of gains can one actually expect. Like no more then a inch or .5. I’m at 6.5 trying to get to 7.1 or 7.2 is this a realistic goal or should I set it lower?

Sure you should search more. Those questions have been answered many times - if that would be worth anything. That’s why you don’t get replies, you just sound like a lazy, sorry. Wearing an extender for 700-1000 hours gives about 0.5” to most of people, if the anecdotical reports have some reliability. But this doens’t say anything about what you can gain, right? You can get 0.5” in length and girth just doing manual exercises, probably in less time. You could also gain nothing - not with manuals, not with an extender. The sole way to know is to give it a serious try. What you don’t seem determined to do. In your pants I would just forget PE and move on.

Do I set extender pass erect size?

Pretty simple what is the best way help with gaining in a extender? Do I set the bars to go passed my erect size right under it. I want to get to 7.1 currently I’m at 6.5. What’s best?

The instructions that came with my extender tell me to use whatever length is needed to have the springs compressed about half way when the extender is attached. There is no reference to erect length.

Haven’t really started no consisted routine. I have hung for a short while, if I gained anything really don’t know didn’t measure in the beginning. Did some jelqing not much. Ill say maybe 6 weeks and then extenders caught my eye. I thought that would be best and better to get an extender for the type of results I’m looking for .7 not very much.

Only, do not worry about erect size when you first start using an extender.

I have been using one for about 8 months. Initially I did what the extender manual said - rely on the tension spring settings and start with a low tension and gradually increase it as well as the time you use it for. You will find that you will gradually be able to stretch more.

I noticed my early gains were in flaccid length and I only got erect gains months down the track. After about 3 months I was stretching about 0.5” beyond my BEPL and that is probably when I started to really gain.

I have now moved to a LeLuv slider extender and rely in gains in BPFSL as I go but I don’t think you can start that way.

Remember PE is a marathon not a sprint.

Have you conditioned yourself? The Newbie Routine brings good results. That routine is proven. Many members have seen fast gains. It’s your cock not mine. Customize it, don’t ruin it. I feel that you are starting to fast.
May I ask your age. This would help with advise. Any health problems? In shape?

How is it possibly to add more tension, as the spring loaded part of my extender only has a movement/leighway of about 2cm.

Is there any way to change this? Extra length can be added through adding additional bars however this is not necessarily useful. It would be more helpful to have a lot more leighway in terms of the spring loaded part of the contraption.

I mean I have done some p.e I don’t know if its enough to say I’m conditioned or not. Maybe your right starting to but I’m only looking for a .7 gain I was just hoping an extender could get me there with less frustrated if they work like some say they do. My age is 27.

If you don’t know whether you are conditioned enough or not then you are not. This is a good thing it means you can stick to the manual exercises and still gain. Patience in PE comes with the knowledge that this is a long term lifestyle decision, you can’t just add over night, it takes time to grow everything in the penis, it’s not just about stretching.

There is yet to be any definitive proof that one method is faster than another in gaining length, one thing is a sure bet though, a consistent routine will for the majority of men bring results, give it time, give it commitment and see where you are after three or four months of the newbie routine.
