You asked how to apply more tension. Conventional extenders apply tension through their springs. Stronger springs in the extender; higher tension.

Set your extender to a length and tension that you can tolerate for at least 45 minutes (2 hours recommended) at a time, and make sure the springs are applying tension (that is make sure the springs are not fully depressed). If you have a model without springs then good luck to you.

Apply heat to help relax your penis. This reduces discomfort and helps your skin stretch. When you apply heat you should notice that the springs depress faster compared to using no heat. (But you don’t want the springs to depress completely, you need to apply tension throughout)

If your stretched flaccid length is less than your erect length, then you will have to extend at your stretched flaccid length until it is at your erect length. Your flaccid length will grow much faster than your erect length.

Presently, I’m starting to use my extender again, and will be using it for 2 hours a day for the next 6 months.

I have been reading posts on this interesting question for a few years. Although I can’t quote any numbers, the general impression I get is that most posters report that light tension (just beyond flaccid length) over long periods of time produces the best results. Unfortunately this method has not yet worked for me. I am now interested in the small number of posters (e.g. Rodneys) who have had success with short intense sessions; usually stretching beyond BPEL length. That is what I am trying at the moment. I also like the idea of shorter sessions from a comfort point of view. Let’s see how it goes.

Looking at extender online. Just wanted to know what y’all think about amazon extenders is it good site to get one from and if anyone knows how does the package comes. Coverd or for the world to know.

I normally do manual stretching before I put on extender and then stretch slighlty beyond BPEL length for about 20 minutes then I carck it up more later to clock 2 hours I get results that way but I always watchful of slippages and dahys off extender sometimes up to a week or more

Very little. They are small scale. They indicate maybe that more research is needed but beyond that they show nothing useful.

Still I trust them as I myself gained using an extender and so did many others..

It seems that at least 3-4 hours a day are needed to gain if you jsut use the extender. This is also my own observation.

how much did you gained and how long did it take to see results. Also did you do, use or take anything aiding with extender?

Originally, I gain a quarter inch in 3 months, and then another quarter inch in 3 months following a break that was approximately 1-2 months. I used the extender 1-3 hours a day on weekdays, and 4-7 hours a day on weekends and non-work days. I averaged about 2.5 to 3 hours a day, if I delete break days during each 3 month trial.

I also perform clamping, jelqing, and bends on a regular daily bases when I take time off from using the extender. These exercises have contributed to a half inch in girth in the past 10 month. I still perform these exercises during my extender trials, but not regularly.

It took me about six months before I had any meaningful gains - a little less than 1/4 inch in EL. Over the next 2.5 years, I gained another 1/2 inch. I have read the complete University of Turin extender study and, in my opinion, it reflects actual gains achieved.

That is the same experience for me. I give the extender credit for 1/2+ inch for over 1,000 hours dedicated to it. Just remember, if the extender isn’t being used properly and applying consistent productive tension throughout those 1,000 hours, I believe I may have gained virtually nothing.

which extender did you use. Did you do anything else while using the extender? Also is this study one of the best studies done. what in your opinion make this study credible?

inch with an extender?

Who and how many peolpe have gained a solid inch with an extender? Either extender only or extender with routine. Or atleast .7 of an inch. Also do you have to buy an expensive extender to see results or can results be had with a cheaper on.
