I don’t have the Penimaster. I bought a knockoff on eBay for about $60, delivered. I’ve been recording every minute I PE, including the time I wear my extender, fowfer, jelq and stretch. I also do bed fowfers, but I don’t count them in my total.

The biggest significant change I’ve seen was in my flaccid length, which increased a half inch last month.
I’ve used my extender since 2/8/07 and gained 3/16th of an inch in my BPEL in the past month, but I’ve only been into PE for 3 months and 1 week, so my gains might be newbie gains. Ironically, my gains from the first two months of doing a newbie routine was a combined 3/16th of an inch, so I’m hypothesizing that a combination of the extender with PE exercises have accelerated my gains.

Right now, I’m trying something different with the extender. I was wearing it mainly on the down position, due to my LOT, and occasionally SO and straight up, but now I’m wearing it mostly in the up position and sometimes in the SO position. I’m finding I’m stretching my unit in places that weren’t stretched very much last month. I’ll start wearing it on different angles more often from this point on and see if that helps to accelerate any gains.

I’m averaging 4.9 hours per day with my extender as of this date. I put in my first 10 hour day on Saturday with no problems.

What changes or gains did you see with yours?

Damn, bro! I have a bunch of questions for you:

Are you extending at the same angle or do you vary the angle you use each day? Are you charting the hours or is 200 an approximation? I noticed you said you pump and hang, but don’t hang anymore. Have you done all three in the same day in the past? Do you still do manual stretches and jelqs? Do you think you’ve over-trained your unit? When was your last gain? Have you took a decon break? Have your tried an IPR routine?

Personally, I’m wondering if the best time to get an extender is after the newbie routine? For the most part, all I do now is use the extender and fowfer. I’m putting in an average of 7.88 hours a day doing PE, with 7.4 of those hours accounted for with just the extender and fowfers. Today is my 27th consecutive day without an off day.

I was thinking, I had a lot of room for FL gains, because when I started PE, I was a turtled 2.75”. I guess it depends on the individual.

I’m quite confident that I’ll hit 4” or more in FL and 7” in EL (currently at 3.75 and 6.5 respectively) but I’m still a newbie and I think I’m still getting the newbie gains. That’s why I think you might need a break if you don’t gain anything soon.

Once the gains stop for a couple months, I’ll take a decon break and start over.

200 hours is a pimple on an an elephant’s ass compared to what it will take to see gains with these devices. We are talking 1000s of hours here. Most people on this board had to wear these devices for 9 hours a day for over 6 months to get any measurable gains. That’s almost 1600 hours and most of these same people did another PE exercises during this time. Most gains within the first 3 months using these devices are going to be only FL gains. That is a fairly typical response. After your FL is relaxed then the device can help with EL gains but things are slow.

I have found now that I can wear my REAL Length converted Penis Plus @ night in bed now. I’ll usually do that until I need to pee then I take it off for the rest of the night. One day I logged 20 hours, most others 12-16 or at least I try. I could never get close to these hours with the Penis-master or the noose type ADS.

Vacuum heads are the way to go

I think you’re right about the time involved, especially for those who have been exercising for several years and have almost maxed out their ligs.

Extenders, to me, might be the best thing for a newbie to do after the newbie has conditioned his unit enough to take the abuse that it’ll get from an extender. I doubled my gains in one month by using the extender. I only gained 3/16th of an inch in my first two months, and gained another 3/16th of an inch last month.

Of course, the amount of time I use the extender and exercise has quadrupled from the previous months. I’m averaging 7.87 hours of using the extender, stretching, jelqs and fowfers each day. This number keeps increasing each week. As of yesterday, I’m averaging 5 hours per day of just using the extender.

My Weekly averages of PE exercises (extender, stretch, jelq and fowfer), since I started using the extender are:
Week 1: 6.17
Week 2: 7.92
Week 3: 8.79
Week 4: 8.89 current (week ends 3/7/07)

I’m going to keep doing what I’m doing until I get a 2 month period where I don’t gain anymore. Then I’ll take a month off and start over.

I started PEing in late October of ‘06, for whatever reason-be it insecurity or a confidence boost. I bought a Bib-hanger after going to one of those PE sites for manual stretching(mens-network), and then got directed here. I tried to incorporate both the manual stretching “and” hanging into one thing. I hung straight down for about 3-5+ minutes, and then gave a pretty big tug to my dick head. I don’t know if it was that “exact” routine that did it, or if I just measured wrong from the beginning? But once I figured out how to measure correctly, it showed my size had increased from 5.75 top BPEL to 7 side BPEL. I know I gained at least a little bit for sure, because the top BPEL increased to 6-6.25, even more on good days. Then I had family in town for a month in Late December through mid January, so I didn’t get the desired PE time in. I didn’t seem to gain any more, so I have been trying to “hang” only now by doing 20 minute sets without the tug, and at BTC and SO positions. I haven’t measured in about 1 1/2 weeks or more, and don’t want to out of fear of disappointment. March 17 is scheduled for the next measurement, and I don’t know what I’ll do if I don’t see any gains. And on a side note, I just got PE-weights for ADS, so I’ll see if that helps too.

T-rex, have you tried fulcrum hanging?

I got quick newbie gains (softening stiff ligaments rather than elongating the tunica?), but then ran into a wall. All I did then was manual stretching.

In recent months, I finally gained another 0.2” EL (see my stats; link in signature). I suspect this is from fulcrum hanging, where I let my penis bend 90 degrees over a rod. This seems to massage the tunica despite my only using 2.5 lbs! I usually do it for some 30 minutes, but on an erratic schedule averaging perhaps 6 times per month — I’m sensitive to overtraining, so this may be a good thing. In addition I jelq (100 jelqs using morning wood every day) and I also use an ADS erratically (perhaps 8-10 days a month for 5-10 hours).

The “rod” I use for fulcrum hanging is a (triangular) coat hanger.

A variant I often combine with the fulcrum hanging is fulcrum stretching. In fact, this may be the secret to my recent gains — length and girth. I use the same coat hanger, but manually stretch my penis over it, 90-180 degrees. In this way, I not only massage the underside of my penis (where there isn’t much tunica), but also the upper surface and the sides. With a coat hanger, it’s easy to adjust, and you can use the hanger itself for pulling, not just the hand you use for stretching. I keep changing the positions so that different parts of my tunica gets bent. This is great while watching a TV show!

If you try this, don’t go overboard. Do it twice a week for 30 minutes, say, and listen to your penis so you don’t overtrain or injure yourself.
