I am new to extending and I have just added my first 0,5cm (0.2”) to the extender after two weeks of extending. I am using the Andropenis extender and they recommend to add a 0,5cm piece every week. I am trying to go by that. I am extending 3 hours per day.

Do you think it is too much or too little? Or is it purely subjective and there cannot be a general rule?

I can tell you that you will go weeks without adding elongation bars. If you follow the instructions after a point the extender will become impossible to wear.

The only way you would be able to add bars at that rate is if you also adhered to the recommended wear times that the manufacturer states and if your penis was extremely pliable at the same time. At 3 hours a day you will find progress but you are unlikely to be able to keep up having elongation bars at the rate that you wish to. I would not set my heart on it if I were you.

Extenders are the Paragon of length gains in popular view, especially in the beginning of a PE Journey however they are also the epitome of “slow is fast” and require a lot of patience. Rushing adding bars or tension will only slow your progress.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

+1 on what TG said. There is just no way you will be able to add .5cm a week. If only that were true, we all would have achieved and over achieved our goals long ago.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

1st go for time then increase tension.
At best daily, at least 4 hours+.

Change up the way you wear it if you feel you are stalling. (for example towards your face or towards the floor or straight out)
Add manuals for inbetween re-strapping. Best one.. Helicopter stretches as they give angles the extender can’t target.

Finish the sessions with some sort of edging or light pumping to “fill it in”

Thanks for all your replies, I myself thought that the recommended weekly addition of bars was kind of pushing it. I’ll see where extending takes me.

I added elongation bars twice over 1000 hours at 0.50” each addition, one inch total. I am also taking a more conservative approach because I do think injury is possible with an extender. So I choose to take a little more time to stretch into and then acclimate to each elongation addition. Basically I want to fully grow into it before making the next jump.

As everyone has said, it’s a slow process and requires much patience. On a positive note, your penis will have no choice, but to get longer.
