The pinching that I mentioned was not with the strap — I actually found the comfort strap to be quite good — the problem was that, when I aimed the extender down so that I could wear it under clothes, the bottom edge of the base would pinch the skin between my penis and scrotum (“crush” may be a better word than “pinch”). I solved the problem by rounding off the bottom of the base with a dremel and adding a piece of foam between the base and my skin. As I mentioned earlier, I followed the routine that came with the extender, and saw no decline in EQ, so it’s interesting that both you and Dangler mentioned that I increased the tension too quickly. I wonder if it’s worth trying again at 600gms. What are your thoughts on going back to a lower tension? Would there be any point in this, or have I already killed any possibility to gain at low tension by acclimating to higher loads? Thanks for the insight.
