That’s smart, i’ll have to rememebr that. Thanks for the tip. Does everybody experience turtling or just random people or more specific like more heavy guys? I have personally never experienced turtling, except from the cold.

I get turtling from an aggressive session but not from an easy one. I suppose some showers never turtle 🐢. I think I’ll gain some length at the same time. I gained .25 with the PF before using it at night after pumping and jelqing during the day.

Is it only from aggressive girth sessions or length sessions as well? So far i’ve been doing length sessions and not moved into girth sessions yet; length before girth and all that which may be why it has not occurred to me so far. I wish you happy gaining!

On a side note and kinda random, but how do you do that cool turtle? I don’t know how to do emoji’s here on TP.

Agreed, it is damn hard to. And also in fairness those with the largest gains also used it for the longer time, so it’s still a blurry picture because I do recall some using it for many hours with low average duration who gained very little so I still believe in that sweet spot; which of course is also likely individual.
I use the Phallosan which I would say is probably more convenient than an extender such as the SizeGenetics or the X4 and even then its an adjustment and difficult to do. I walk around places with a bulge on my hip; I just pretend I have a large phone in my pocket. Now that it’s Summer cant cover it with a jacket!

Do you find you’re still gaining even with the relatively low amount of hours per day?
Also, I estimate an accumulated 3000 hours based on what you just said, what would you say your length and girth gains were that you could attribute to the extender, and which extender do you use?

I don’t turtle in length Work. Only girth. The iPhone 7 just pops up icons next to words automatically.

I have not wore it every day for the past 727 days. I only wear 3-4 times a week and within that time I take decon breaks, vacations, time off. So my total hours are 964. I have gained .5”

Yes I have no experience with the Phallosan, it could be quite a bit more comfortable and easier to wear for extended periods.

I interpreted it as the 727 days being the days you wore it for.
Total hours being 964 and .5 inch gain in 727 days total, seems to me the hours really do cumulate. But can you be certain this is because of the extender and not the other PE you do?

I have accumulated hours in clamping, pumping, jelqing and as of recently the TAM. I had one stint where I used the extender, jelqed and pumped in a regular schedule for 7 months (need to check my spreadsheet for exact numbers) and there were no gains in that 7 months. Most likely due to one of two things, not having added length to my extender and/or having pumped at too high of a pressure, above 5hg for extended periods of time, that being 20+ minutes.

I believe the extender contributes very much to my gains and will continue to do so. PE is like a river running against stone, eventually time and consistency leaves its mark.

Reading that you pumped, jelqed and extended for 7 months and gained nothing suddenly has me concerned. The two causes you list may not be an issue for me as i pump for only 5 minutes - 7.5 minutes at a time with the Bathmate. Forcing it hard I can make it to almost 7” on the gauge so I tend to leave it at 6.5, but as you’re probably well aware the BM does not have a gauge so I cant say how much pressure that is, but its not uncomfortable in the slightest. And for the Phallosan, it has a green/yellow/red color code on it. I’m not sure how familiar you are with the device but the colors represent the tensions; I tend to stay at the end of the green, on the verge of the yellow so i think the tension is fine. Higher than this i find the belt ring digs into the base of the shaft and its quite painful over time.

Again, I really appreciate your input and I will be doing something very close to your previous schedule of Jelq, pump and extender for 6 months but with different devices and intensities. If you’re interested i will let you know how it goes and i can provide some helpful information as you have done for me.
