Phallosan Forte or other ADS - Girth Gains?

I’m using it right now but would like to know how many of you that have used traction devices or ADS’s have gained any girth and how did you do it?

I’ve read some used the Phallosan as a weight hanger… and I’d be interested in trying that. Looking for other ways as well to gain whole shaft girth.

I’ve also been incorporating some light pumping - about 5 mins a day.

When I had the pf the only thing I got from it is a lighter wallet. Used it for over a year at 10hr a day and gained nothing. It doesn’t pull hard enough and it was made to fix the curvature of the penis not lengthen it. PE boards endorsed it as a stretcher when in fact it’s not. And stretching exercises don’t give birth but length. And you might wanna start up in your time with the pump.

I used it for 300 hours and gained 1/4” length but no girth. Then I quit using it and went back to pumping because it was too much work to put on. Lost the 1/4”. I went to clamping and gained 3/16” very quickly.


Started 5.5 x 4.2 Feb 2015

Current 7.25 x 5.5 - 6.25 Base girth?

Goal 7.75 x 5.75?

Update: Gained .25 of girth at base with pumping and phallosan… I had scar tissue in the area of which I gained, which could be just the tissues going back to their original shape.

Anyone else using ADS with some girth gains to report?

Phallosan, 350 hours over 6 months, no gains whatsoever even with other exercises - although perhaps was not routine enough. Still hoping though (mainly because it was so damn expensive).

Looking at phallosan construction there is to me a problem. Two sources of tension (spring on bell and elastic belt) the springs will cancel out the force from the belt to some extent and vice versa to variable degree. Spring might be pulling mostly a tension in the hip elastic belt around the hip and not pulling on penis if unlucky.

I have gained 0.4” in MSEG in 3weeks, but I’m not sure if it’s from extending. Maybe you should start doing ulis like me.

I doubt very much that you have gained 0.4” MSEG in just 3 weeks in takes years.

I doubt too, but I’m not a newbie so I think I know how to measure my girth. When I saw 0.3” increase I measured my girth 100 times, and now 2 weeks later I’m measuring 0.4” or maybe little more.
