Penismaster Pro Help, hurt glands?

Penismaster Pro Help, hurt glands?

I just received my penismaster pro and was a little ambitious. I have been doing the newbie routine for 4 months, Jelqing 4 days a week for 20 min each session. I thought I would add an extender and the penismaster pro with vacuum seemed great. Well, I added to much tension and didn’t notice but my glands partially came out and were kind of being squished at the base of the top of the glands. Now they are sore? Has anyone else had this? If so, how long does it take to go away. Also, I assume the extreme tension is not the way to go. How much pulling to you want? Obviously not so much that the glands are being pulled from the vacuum head piece.

Any advice and recommendations is much appreciated.

Witch diaphragm are you using, and how much lubricant are you using? You should go up gradually in tension. When you put the bell on you need to give the head of your unit time to expand before you attach the bars. The bars need to be slightly adjusted past your BPEL where it is completely comfortable and work your way up.Make sure your foreskin is not sucked into the bell keep a check on it, because it can cause a blister.Put the the diaphragm on the bell, pull the diaphragm up bro the bell with suction with the pump ball.let it set for as long as possible so that the diaphragm will hold it shape. Then release the pressure before use.make sure that the head of your unit is in the bell nice and tight with suction,if the suction is to much take your index finger and stick under the bell into the diaphragm relieve a tiny bit of pressure until snug but not to much suction. It takes a little getting used to.Hope this helps if you have any questions at all feel free to ask.

I found getting rid of the inside diaphragm not only makes it more comfortable but one less part that can break. You need to make sure your using the size sluith though. That is the part that is gonna hold you in the bell. I don’t use the ball pump either, I found it to be a hassle using it and the hose draws it in alot easier and the hose is easier to carry then the big pump ball. And you don’t want to release the suction by pressing on the sluith that could cause it to rip. If you look at the top we’re persay the hose would go, there is the piece that stands up of the bell. If you needed to realness any suction just slowly turn that piece and it will let air out. But i can’t see why you would have to release the suction when that is what is holding you in the bell. Maybe try the next size smaller sluith it sounds like to me and don’t over lube to get in the bell. And also make sure there is no moisture in the bell also because that could cause blisters.

Makes sense, but what I was trying to explain is that sometimes you might get a air pocket between the head of your unit and the end of bell.As far as the sluice ripping only put enough pressure to release a very small amount of air and then you shouldn’t rip the sluice, but I’m sure you can do it both ways. The way I use to do my bell was I would push the sluice out to the end of the bell then I would put the head of my unit to the open end of the bell release the ball as its pulled in and hold the foreskin back until the head expands to hold the bell tightly then attach bars.

If you get air pocket it may cause a blister, and get a comfortable level of suction not to little or not to much.

I put way to much tension on to early and didn’t pay attention. What part is the diaphragm???? After taking it off after hours of being on I noticed my glands were not in completely and sneaking out. Now on the back (top) of the glands it has been burning and has a odd feeling for the past 4 days. I obviously injured something.

Could this be nerve damage?

I am concerned, but over the past 4 days it has made a very small improvement.

Any advice or anyone else that has done this?

Also, no foreskin, I am circumcised.

Try not to worry your penis has amazing recuperating abilities, believe me because I’ve been severely hurt years ago from using an extender with a noose. Lost all sensation in my penis for months but eventually it all got top notch again.

Not saying it’ll take you that long though, probably a few days since you’re already noticing improvements.

When it comes to the extending you wanna start out as gentle as possible and build up length and tension over time. When I first started extending I didn’t even have any tension on the rods while extending but over a few months I built up to it as my dick got longer and more accustomed to wearing it.

I even gained length without any tension and as I built up and elongated the extender arms they finally became so long that I’m now extending at full length and full tension but this took several months to build up to.

The Whole point of and extender is just to keep your penis elongated for hours at a time and in the end, after hours of use, the result will be a longer and even thicker penis. At least that’s been the case for me.

So don’t even bother with how much tension you’ve got as of now and just start extending around 2 cm under your NBPEL for around 1- 2 weeks at a time and as the weeks go by add another piece on the extender arms, building it longer and longer week by week until it’s so long that tension will come because by then it just has to.

BTW, doesn’t your extender come with a information leaflet on how to use and wear it? If so read that and then follow the instructions, that’s what I did and I’ve gained around 1.5 inches in length since starting out extending a couple of years ago.

Stats as of now: 20 cm BPEL/ 14 cm GIRTH. Started out at: 16 cm BPEL/ 11.8 cm GIRTH.

Put the extender down for a week or so. You’ll be fine. Then start slow and experiment with different combinations of sluice, adhesion diaphragm, and split adapter. It took me about 80 hours to find the fit that was right for me, and then I switched again around 200 hours.

I ended up using:

  • Medium adhesion diaphragm
  • Small sluice
  • Narrow split adapter

Don’t overlook the split adapter, regardless of how you measure. I’ve read reports of users who think they’re too big for a split adapter but find a substantially improved fit when they start using one. That was my experience as well.

Your testicles and your thyroid are glands.

The head of your penis is your glans. Short for “glans penis”. Just a heads up.

Is this extender any good?

Yes. Based upon my research, it’s the best. However, it’s the one I purchased and the only one I’ve tried.
