Penis head too small for vacuum extender

Hello,

Recently i have bought a new penis extender with vacuum head, but my glans is too small to create a good grip.Penis girth should be between 12-15cm for this extender and mine isn’t that big.So need advice how to create more grip on my glans with vacuum head?

What are you stats and do they make a smaller size extender?

Flaccid length is about 3.5”, but BPFSL is shorter than BPEL(6.7”).Flaccid girth is about 4” so i need to increase my girth to wear extender on a higher tension level.

They don’t make a smaller extender so i need to find out how to use this one.

You could look around to find a silicone cap, if you wear that around your glands it will essentially make it bigger to fit into the vacuum bell, it will also somewhat protect your glands from the micro vacuum and reduce edema.

Shooting8 is correct the cap should be used by all that use the vacuum system to prevent edema.

I’m using a swim cap for extending and it is wonderful. I had zero problems with this method after 600h or maybe more.

What type of cap can you wear to lessen the stress on the glans? I just got my penimaster and would love to find something as my first experience using it for about an hour was not very comfortable.

I’m not sure if you understand my method, but it’s very complicated to implement properly.

That extender must conformable. You are doing something wrong.

I assumed you were putting a swim cap over the glans of your penis before you attach the suction ball end over it?

I just go in with nothing protecting my glans. It gets uncomfortable when I take it off as the top ridge of my glans (I’m circumcised) it quite swollen from the pressure and sucked up toward the tip instead of the way it normally is. Lasts for a few days

I use a VacExtender mod kit which allows you to pick one of three cap sizes. You can submit the girth of your glans and they will recommend the appropriate cap size. My flaccid glans is fairly small and I am not having a problem with the fit.

I have ordered one for me this week,
There is 3 sizes (vacuum head) for that kind of extender (phallosan) Small - Medium - Large.
I bought a cheap large one for a test….hoping that I can wear it outside my home.
Impossible to wear my actuel andropenis in public.

PS. Suggestion: why not try with erect penis with 2 silicone caps? :-)

I don’t use any vacuum device, so I can’t give you an advice.

You should not stretch erect penis, only flaccid.

Vacuum type devices are much better, so I belive you will make it work. Start slow, like 1kg x 4 - 5 hours a day. Try with 1.5kg if you don’t gain anything after 100 hours.

Use this method to add girth to your shaft so the fit will be good under the glans, and glans size will be irrelevant

That’s a very good explanation, but I’ve started this thread 2 years ago if I’m not wrong. After many unsuccessful attempts with a vacuum device, I’ve improvised a swim cap and created hanger/extender from it.

Maybe I will try your method out of curiosity, but my improvised hanger/extender is perfect since I can do 2 hours long sessions.
