Penis extender/hanging sleeve

Hi all,

hope this is fine to post a link to a Penis Sleeve, I saw one seller mention it could be used as an extender.

I suppose it could be used for hanging also like a type of wrap. I know that other members on here use some kind of silicon, I think is auto Vac extender. Just wondering if this could work similar?
