Penimaster users: Don't be overzealous

IT has been my experience that the best results with the PM come from LESSER force as opposed to intense traction.

I have had the PM for close to a year now, and although I have been incosistent with its use, I would say I have noticed positive benefits from lesser traction for longer periods (better flaccid hang, stronger erections, more EL) than intense traction for shorter periods (turtle effect, softer erections etc.)

Just thought I’d share.

Oh yeah, although inconsistent with its use, I would say the PM has given me close to .5” in EL this past year. My girth has not changed.

I agree Leatherface. Using less force allows for more wear time during the day. When I used more force the base of my cock/balls would hurt where the PM is positioned. I love wearing the PM.

Agreed. I also had more problems with the head slipping out and or getting cold from having to cinch the thing tighter to accomodate the increase in traction.

I believe that when stretching the ligs, there should be only a slight pull for a longer duration. If too much traction is used, the ligs will ‘fight back’ for lack of a better phrase and become less pliable.

That is what the Penismaster is designed for. very few people seem to know/accept this though, and continue to use “max power”, then they wonder why circulation cuts off after 10 minutes….

Have to agree here. Using high power on the PM has had the exact same results on me too (loss of erection quality being the main one)

Stronger erections from the PM with a low stretch is my main “plus point” of the device.

Have you tried “max stretching with the PM” for 5 mins or so, then “light stretching with the PM” at all? Or do you just “low power traction” all the time?

Good gains, especially if its inconsistent, as you say.

Are you cut or uncut? Is the 0.5” gain from JUST the PM, or do you do other PE as well, that could be the cause of the gains?

I am cut and will jelq from time to time. I do not manual stretch. I just pop on the PM and forget about it for awhile. Lately I’ve been trying to get in at LEAST and hour a day.

I would have to agree, less is better, for longer periods of time. You didn’t get to you current size in 4 months, for the most part anyways..

I think that it is important to use light force in the beginning, But I think that the tension can be slowly increased over (very long) time.

You will be able to wear it for longer and longer time, And you will also be able to increase the tension over time. I am talking about long time here, Not a couple of months.

The million dollar question is: What tension/wearing time creates the biggest gains? And the answer would possibly be different for different people, And would probably vary for the guy just starting to use it, And the guy that already has been wearing it for months.

I think it is extremly important to use very low tension in the beginning, And then when/if the gains slow down, You can increase the tension just a little to try to boost the gains.

It is of course very difficult for the newbie not to try high tension, Because he really want to get the gains quickly, But that is not the way it works.

So far today I have worn mine for 2 hours and 15 min, At 1200-1400 gr tension, And I don`t feel like taking a break yet. I have no problem with 1500 gr tension, But maybe I would have gained more with lower tension?

What do you guys consider to be low tension, And high tension?

I would agree with Kristian69 on the gradually building up to higher tension of needed.

Its much better like everyone has said to use light tension and go longer than high tension and go short because your penis needs the TIME to do its thing so to speak and not the force so much with this, but a certain amount of force is obviously needed to get to where it needs to be but newbies think maximum stretch is best…it equals injury and frustration.

I could never get my Penimaster to stay on. :(

I ended up ditching it and going back to manual stretching.

Where would I be without PE?

Yea , having the same problem as you TheLateShinobi , it’s getting really annoying

I’m thinking of ditching it too, very depressing:(

I never have mine set for more than 1200g. Last couple of months I have been really dedicated and have worn it for minimum 4 hours every day after my morning stretching routine.

I am testing out if periodization could be transferred to PE. Last two months I have mixed my program from week to week but my all over strategy has been to go easy on the manual exercises and focus on consistency with the ads wearing. For the next two months I will add some more time to the manual exercises,(not much, maybe 5min-10min more), wear my jes minimum 4 hours at 1200g and my new auto ads for 4 hours every evening (at work). This will add overall time and intensity but the auto ads gives much less tension so I think this will work very nice.

Anyway, will keep you guys updated. Will measure this weekend for a official length gain after previous period. Sometime after I started this period I took a BPEL ruler picture and another one this Saturday for a one month check up. Gained 2mm. I believe ads is key. To me anyway.

It will get tired or over stressed, The same can happend if you jelk or pump to much/hard.

It is difficult to explain, I think you must eperience it your self to understand it, But I will try:

If you use to much tension your penis will try to pull back to protect it self, Many members here complain that the glans slips out of the extender, This is an indication of to much stress.

The penis turtles when you take of the extender, This is also caused by to much stress.

When trying to get an erection you will only get 90% hard, This is also telling you that the tension is to high.

Here are some personal observations from using lower tension:

IT feels good to wear it, Almost like having an erection. It feels kind of stimulating.

The penis is hanging longer and thicker when removing the extender.

Rock hard erections.
