Optimal Penimaster Stretching Length

I have really been getting into using the Penimaster a lot now, one thing confuses me, nowhere can I find a solid piece of evidence on how many rods you REALLY should use to get optimal stretch,
I have heard some people say 0.5” more than flaccid length, some say 0-0.5” more than erect length, some say about 2cm below erect length, I really don’t know,
If I am 6” NBP Erect and 4” Flaccid what on earth would be best,
I guess the tension rods play a big part in all this but with me they don’t seem to start to actually show resistance until I am stretching at erect length

Any help from anyone who knows, or has gained from the Penimaster would be much appreciated

I had one, and it was way too uncomfortable for me to wear. I tried everything, and I just could not wear it for more than 15 minutes. I guess it’s my job. I do construction. It was just too hard. I ended up throwing it away.

As far as the rods go, with your starting size, you should be using 2 2” rods to start.
This should require you to stretch a little to get the head piece on. Start with 600g (1st line on cylinder) for the first month or so,
Then increase gradually. I increase tension when I no longer feel a good stretch. It should be slightly uncomfortable but not painful.
It’s pretty easy to gauge. If you have too much tension it will either slip off (no matter how well you wrap), or it will be so uncomfortable you can’t wear it. Best results come from moderate tension for longer time periods.

I think I got it sorted it is uncomfortable but not painful

I am currently trying to wear it for 8 hours a day,

Guess I can’t do much more just play the waiting game.

Steve, just a FYI, I tried just wearing the PM for 8+ hours per day and did nothing else - no gains.

I started with a simple Newbie like routine and wore it 6-8 hours per day and started getting gains.

I think it works best if used in conjunction with other exercises. Just my experience…

Unfortunately, evidence, in the scientific sense, is not available.

Iguana has the right idea. You want to stretch as much as you can, that still allows you long wear times without discomfort. I like the vac extender, because I think that the balance point of max stretch/minimum discomfort is better with the vacuum head.

Well I pump as well but other than that I don’t really do anything, I did clamp for a while but my erections started to become less hard so I stopped and they are starting to get much better now,

Listen to iguana steve! I had the same experience as him. I think manual stretching and jelqing encoorporated with an ADS is the god for making easy length gains.
