Non-newbie extender experience
I’ve heard that PE through extenders are among the few methods that have been published in peer-reviewed scientific journals as being successful. Even though the studies were conducted over a period months, the most significant gains were seen at the beginning. Now, I’d be willing to bet that the men who participated in the studies had not engaged in manual PE, before. Could their progress have been the same as that which is experienced by the majority of PEers when they first start their routines?
So, I’d like to hear from non-newbie members who have experience with these extenders. By that I mean, members that have already experienced such initial gains. Anybody?
