Newbie To Extending Routine: I Need Help

Hi everyone,
I’m into pe since 2016 but I’ve never put effort or time into it. I’ve been a reader for a long time, I did the newbie routine without any gain, now I want to finally start to use an extender. I spend a lot of time of my day to study (I’m into university) so I can easily wear an extender for at least 7-8 hours per day.

The problem is I really don’t know where to start from… what kind of extender, how to wear, sitted or standing, how many hours per day, how many days per week, can I wear it while sleeping etc. I virtually have no limit of money so I can buy whatever kind of extender I want, basically I would like to buy the best quality I can so I can use it for a long time. .. help me please

Ok so here’s my advice start from what you know to be absolutely true and then go down the scales on levels of evidence.A high level of evidence would be this https://onlinel ibrary.wiley.co … 0X.2008.08083.x as to what extender to buy I would suggest buying the one in the study just to replicate the study no one really knows how PE works so until then don’t change to many things.Some people may recommend a vacuum type hanger which you could try but there just isn’t any evidence for them.Good luck

Ok, thanks for sharing. But is it wearable under the clothes or it is supposed to be weared without anything on?

When I had privacy, I wore it only in my room for about 3 hours a day and saw gains. Now, I no longer have privacy so I had to find ways to conceal it. I put it on in the bathroom and wear it upwards. I then wear my pants over it and wear a hoodie or jacket and it is impossible to see unless you lift your jacket up.

Extender Styles
There are two dominant styles, noose/strap or vacuum. X4Labs is an example of a noose/strap style and PeniMasterPro is an example of a vacuum style. I believe vacuum style extenders can be worn for a longer set duration where as noose/strap styles will require set breaks every 30 to 40 minutes to allow blood circulation back to the gland.

Hours Per Day
Think in terms of total hours and depending on your personal response and nuances in your approach (tensioning), gains of between 0.50” to 1.00” are most likely to be achieved over 1200 hours.

Don’t wear while sleeping

I currently own the X4, but have a growing curiosity relative to the vacuum style systems. I run at high tension levels, so my only concern is whether or not I can pull the same tension level with a vacuum style.

One thing to consider is the length of your flaccid stretch. There are many different extender sets on the market, that has enough pieces of rods included in the set to use while you gain, ( hopefully), instead of having to order extra parts later. Consider the cost of full sets vs. cheaper sets and having to order parts.

After extensive research I think I’ll go for Andropenis: from the research I’ve made it is the one type that gives best results. The thing that caught my attention and eventually led me to this decision was that even RestoreX (by Mayo Clinic) is a noose/strap style extensor. At the moment my stretched flaccid is about 18 cm (bone pressed) so I have to understand if Andropenis is suitable for me.

From what I’ve read, it is better to wear it for a lot of hours per day (for example 8-10 hours) but for few months, rather than viceversa. Is it correct? Should I expect to have rest days or not?

While on extensor, should I expect girth loss/augmentation?

Becouse of the fact I have to study for my degree at least for one year from now, I really think I can do it. I study mostly alone in my room…

More hours a day will normally give better gains, over a given time, but if one has a busy schedule and can only wear the extender 3-4 hours a day the gains will come - just a little slower. But one has to do what is possible in his schedule, and since many of us do this over years gains will come never the less.
It is advisable to take a days off, just like working out in the gym. The body needs rest and so do the penis, and you will not loose anything by taking a day off every third or fourth day or Monday to Friday extend/ Saturday and Sunday off. Some guys never takes days off, but you will have to find out what suites you.

On the matter of girth, its debatable. In my extender while being completely flaccid, my penis is thin and half inch longer than my erect, and I have not been loosing any girth when erect. I think this may vary from man to man. Its only one way to find out.

Similar concerns about using my new extender. The problem I’m having is I don’t fit mine. I am not long enough to strap into it & when I do after 5 minutes I’m pulling out of it no matter how tight I fasten in. Any suggestions would be helpful.

This might be a silly question, but for the sake of confirmation, I assume you have reduced the rod setup to the smallest possible combination, correct?

Penimaster pro can literally apply any tension to your penis. It will easily hold for 30lbs judging from when I manual stretch it. Literally I can not pull it off impossible when you are using sufficiebt vacuum ofcourse…

How long under high tension do you where the vac attachment before taking a break to let the gland breath? Also, what is the process to get in and out of it, can it be done in say a minute, two minutes, etc?

I do jelqing prior to inserting, using lube and wearing a c ring. The in chamber time is no longer than 15 minutes with a 5 minute rest out of chamber. Total in chamber time is no more than 30 minutes, that being two sessions at 15 minutes each.

I use a manual and a rechargeable pump so pressure is released slowly, to me it’s very slowly released. It takes at least a minute or more for the pressure to be eliminated. I have to work to get out of it as while it’s pumped it is doing it’s job.

Once out of the chamber it looks great for about 15 seconds as I can watch it just drift away as quickly as it engorged.

You will get blisters if you are using an incredible tension for more than an hour without a brake. However with high tension, maybe 5lbs or so (its hard to judge when springs are fully compressed) you can easily go 3-4 hrs without blisters.

I use the pump ball to suck in my glans and I use about two 80% filled pumps with the ball to suck in and get good suction. You both push your glans inside and suck at the same time using the included penimaster cream.

The concept of attachment and strapping in is incredibly simple but I say it is still a learning process to find the optimal vaccuum and you have to push the glans inside with some finesse.
