New Stretcher Idea

Check out this design of a possible new stretcher.

This would be a manual stretcher not an ADS. Something that would supplement manual stretching.

There are two major complaints with manual stretching:
1. I can’t maintain an adequate grip.
2. I don’t know how hard to pull.

This device would solve both problems, plus it would have a build in ruler to gauge your progress.

Let me know what you think. Maybe some of you engineer types could build it?

And you may even catch a large mouth with it. :mwink:

No, sorry Iguana, I was just attemptin a joke that it looks like a fishing pole with the crank on the side. Good idea, though probably pretty tough to produce. Also has some engineering challenges that would have to be worked out. Very nice illustration. :)

Interesting idea. I too get very sore hands and have trouble with gripping. Two questions you have to address: how do you get the thing off quickly, and why is it only 9”??? :D

The pawl could easily flip and release the ratchet and tension instantly.

The 9” question is up to the designer. :p

tps is right, there would be a release switch for tension.

I actually guessed at a 1” scale and it ended up measuring 9”. I thought that would be a little short for most you guys. :leftie:

You could always place donuts (IE: Spacers!) between you and the device, so the length could be as long as you needed…..

It’s always nice to see new stretcher/hanger designs. It doesn’t look stealthy or compact enough to wear under clothes but I bet it would work. A stretcher will dig deeper in your fatpad depending on tension so the ruler will go from NBP to BP.

It’s ingenious. Having a quick release is definately good. Also a calibrated scale is also a plus as you can measure your progress as time goes on?

Are you thinking of turning this plan/ design into reality? Anytime soon?

I think it looks very good, and seems like a great Idea. I’m not engineering type though, so I probably won’t be able to build one. I’m just wandering how the silicon sleeve will keep a hold of the glans and how the silicon sleeve will be attached to the cable.

Has anyone thought of trying to make one yet? Anyone know what parts would be needed?

It will be manufactured in 5 sizes. This one is minimal size (xs).

It would be more of a manual stretching aid and not meant to wear under clothes.

It would work much the same as Monkeybar’s Vac Extender head piece. The sleeve would roll down the shaft and attach to a loop or
ring.

The 9” design was actually by accident. It could be any length you wanted.

I don’t know if I would have the time to try to build one. I have a couple other projects I’m working on and can’t really get into another one.
I’m hoping someone else will take the idea and run with it.
