Need penis extender comfort help.

Need some ideas on comfortable things to use while using the extender with a “noose” setup up. I have tried just about everything and nothing works. Also I have tried used the comfort straps but after a while they loosen up(especially when you have worn it for a while and the tension gets higher.

So basically I need help with comfort for the noose set up or some way to keep the comfort strap to not come loose from either my dick or the bottom of the strap itself.

Are you using the extender to keep the dick to the point of just a light tug or a hard pull?

The penis only needs to be held at its stretched length/light tug. If you do this your penis will get used to it over time. To much force will toughen and is more uncomfortable/painful to hold in place.

From the information I have gathered, I read that you set the extender to your EL for the first couple of weeks then you can start putting tension on it. So for right now it is a light tug, but it still is uncomfortable maybe I am strapping the noose to hard?

I strap and then jelq some blood into the head.

This way my dick doesn’t slip out and I don’t have to strap down as hard.

I recommend the silicon Autoxleeve cushion. You can google it. It is quite comfortable.

When I was using noose extender I put a bit of talc powder under glans to stop it slipping and it made it more comfortable as well. I all so put a lagyband around the pipe bit to stop it from popping open when I had good stretch. Hope that helps you it worked for me.

Try looking up Size Genetics Velcro Mod it might work with your kind of extender also. I hope this helps. It’s really comfy.

I would recommend getting the AutoExtender vacuum cap. It makes extending so much more comfortable. You can find it from monkeybar here on the forum. I’ve been very pleased with mine.

Is there any particular reason you are using a noose? It seems there are plenty of other alternatives being discussed on this forum have you explored them?

Have you ever tried to use a more secure method then a noose? I use a leather harness that fits really good and is comfortable. I can usually wear it for about 1 hour to an hour and 40 minutes. It fits securely and releases easily. If you would like to see what I am talking about please let me know and I can send you a picture.

I agree with bad luck, talc can make all the difference. I am doing an ANS with a loose noose thanks to the talc effect. I had problems with sore skin, but that has gone away.

When I put mine on I wrap some thick fabric round the base of my bell end and then put the noose and comfort strap on. Before I pull it tight I put a bit of foam on the side where I pull the straps for extra comfort and to avoid pinching a bit of skin. Then I pull the noose and comfort strap as tight as I dare ( also I make sure I have a big bell-end to stop it slipping through. Then i take out an extender rod on each site and slip them in to the end of the strap holder then pull the screw it into the spring rods. Easiest way I have found to put it on with getting the best pressure. I was breaking things before I found this technique. Also when tightening the comfort straps, create a V with your fingers on the back at the top and bottom of the comfort strap to tighten up the device. I use to just hold the sides but these eventually snapped off.
