The miracle slider extender is the best available when it comes to traditional style head piece extenders. I highly recommend it. I have made videos showing how to use it properly and how to wrap comfortably. It is great because you apply it at low tension and then just by twisting the nuts bring it out to higher tension. It is much easier to increase tension with over the tradional style extenders like SG or x4 labs.

I agree I also use one (the Leluv version sold before the identical Miracle appeared) It should solve Doyouevenpe’s tension adjustment problem. My only note of caution for newbie extender users is that you have little idea of how much tension you are applying with one of these. I cut my teeth using a proextender spring based extender such as the one Doyouevenpe has a year later and only moved to the slider to try out stress relaxation extending. By that time I had a good idea of the tension just by feel.. I got most of my length gains using the proextender but did get more from the slider. Certainly the slider iseasier to put on and adjust.

Doyouevenpe, I got almost all my girth gains from pumping and jelqing which can be done along with an extending program.

I don’t know that an extender brings out the inner penis, but I did gain base girth with a Miracle Slider.

I use a modified Vac 4 cylinder with a Miracle Slider Extender. I used it for a couple of months fairly consistently and gained flaccid length but no erect gains. I like it a lot and use it a couple of days a week just to maintain flaccid hang.
