For guys who ADS after a routine (stretching or hanging), do you jelq before or after ADS?

Thank you firegoat. I’ll just keep wearing them for an hour on, an hour off for part of each day and see how it goes. I’m only using 3 golf swing weights for now. My primary concern was the risk of doing some kind of damage. I know there is some risk involved in what we do, however there is nothing wrong with trying to minimize the risk to get the benefit.

I’m new at this myself but from what I’ve read (and I’ve read a lot to know enough to think of some of my dumb questions) so far do the length work first, then the girth work. After that, use the ADS to keep any progress you’ve made from running up inside your belly.

That entirely depends on my routine at the time. I have not found one way to be superior to the other. Try different approaches and see if one works best for you.

At the moment, I am stretching then clamping then stretching again in the morning, wearing the theraband just at the base of my penis in a 1” wrap at light tension (light enough to pee through) all day, and then jelqing at night. I’m doing this Sat, Sun, Tues, Thurs., and resting Mon, Wed and Fri. I change my routines regularly depending on what I’m trying to achieve. I usually have more rest time built into my routines than that, but I guess I’ll get lots of rest over Xmas, so I’m doing a bit more work at the moment.

Meiya - I am no expert on hanging golf weights. you might try searching - there is lots of info on it. I just made something up.

So would you guys consider wrapping an ADS? I decided to try and wrap after I did my manual stretches this morning. My flaccid hang I think is usually 3”, but with the wrap I’m stretched out to 4” or more. Would this be considered an ADS since it is stretching some?

I haven’t incorporated weight into the wrapping, yet. Also, I’m just using a cloth wrap that came from an Ace band wrap. I taped the wrap a little tighter right behind my head so it uses my glands to help hold the stretch. There is no pain or discomfort, but would a Theraband work better? I take it you can pick these up at Walmart.
