My VacExtender Around the Waist Mod

OK… I’ve made a couple posts mentioning my VacExtender modifications, I thought I would post some pictures and a description of what I’ve done.

First, the VacExtender is awesome. I had no idea that anything could hold the head of my penis so securely. I could probably lift more weight than my penis could bear with the VacExtender attached. Having said that, a couple of the accessories that come with the VacExtender are pretty cheap. I wanted to use the around the waist attachment, but the metal ring that goes around my penis is so thin that it cut into my dick. I was only able to wear it for about 15 minutes before I had to take it off. Also, the elastic rope that goes around the waist is so thin, it also cuts into my waist.

A few weeks back I bought 8 of the golf swing weights to try the fulcrum stretching. I realized that the radius of the swing weight was much fatter than the ring that came with the VacExtender, and I thought it would make a great ring to wear as an around the waist ADS. I also wanted to use a nylon strap to help spread out the pressure on my skin, and I wanted an easy way to adjust the tension. I bought an adjustable, 1 inch wide nylon strap in the sporting goods section of Wal-Mart. Picture 1 shows the way I sewed the strap around the swing weight, and picture two shows the way the strap tension is adjusted. The third picture shows the complete assembly. The white section is 4 layers of 1 inch elastic. I experimented with different numbers of layers, and 4 layers seemed to work best.

The final picture shows the entire assembly as I’m wearing it. I edited out my pecker, so hopefully Thunder won’t move this over to the pecker picture section. I’ve discovered that wearing it outside of my boxers makes it even more comfortable. The fabric of my boxers helps distribute the tension of the strap.

The biggest problem I’ve had so far is sliding the swing weight over my penis. My girth is slightly over 5.5 inches, so I have to lube up to slide the weight on. Then, I have to wash off the lube to keep the VacExtender head from slipping off. Once it is on it is very comfortable, and I can wear it for hours without removing it. It’s also easy to flip it from one side to the other. I just go into a bathroom stall, undo the clasp, and switch sides. No one can see it as long as I’m wearing a shirt that hangs over my pants.

If anyone has a VacExtender and would like one of these, I’ll be glad to ship you one at my cost. I have seven swing weights left, and they cost about $8 each. the straps and elastic are only a couple of dollars, so with shipping and everything, I’m guessing my cost would be about $20, maybe $25 at the most. I’m curious what your routine was over the two month period that you gained 1.5 inches. Was it just use of the VacExtender, and if so how many hours per day and at what level of “tension” (either in terms of stretched less than erect length, equal, or more than or describe the feeling). Also, did you ever take rest days? My apologies if you’ve posted about this elsewhere.

By the way, great mods. I have done something similar (wearing it outside the boxers, changing the ring), but it is not even close to this level.

My beginning routine was nothing but manual stretching. I did a few jelqs here and there, but for the most part, I just stretched literally every chance I got. I drive a lot for my job, and I would often stretch with one hand while steering with the other.

I was also taking growth hormone for bodybuilding when I first started PEing, and I’ve been wondering if it had an effect. My steroid cycle ended a month after I started PEing, and my quick newbie gains stopped about the same time. However, I also got a little lazy with the PEing at about the same time, too. I just started another steroid cycle about a week ago and I started using the VacExtender about the same time, so I’m hoping the combination of my new dedication to stretching and my use of GH will turn my pecker into a gigantic schlong.

Also, I just got my VecExtenter, so I didn’t use it for my newbie gains. I simply stretched, and I never took rest days.

I just don’t think many people have a Vac Extender..I want to buy one myself, but it seems like a lot of money for something so small and made of plastic.

I’ll probably break down and get one, though, it’s just that I just bought a nice stretcher which cost about the same as the vac extender, and seems to be a lot more product for the money, but I do like the vac concept.

It also makes sense that you could get good gains while juicing, as AAS and pro-hormones should expedite healing and growing of tissue. Anyway, thanks for sharing the mod, and the awesome, generous offer.

Sam, How did you attach the golf weight to the nylon strap? The nylon strap appears to be sown around the golf weight.

Are you able to get the golf weight all the way to your base, or do you let it act as a semi fulcrum wherever it lands?
I can’t get the rings closer than an inch+ when do ‘smores shower stretches.

Any thought of changing your subQ hgh sites to your johnson?

Nrns- you can jerry rig a work around using a baby sock secured snugly [not tightly] with [url=http://www.lanshack.com/Velcro-Style-Cable-Ties-C101.aspx]velcro straps/url] available at home depot, secure an S hook through a hole in the sock tip and apply the rest of the system as above.
You can’t really get the same degree of stretch with snugging the velcro too tightly for safety, but you can maintain your johnson in a fairly stretched state.

That’s correct, I sewed that strap around the golf weight. If I do it again, I might use velcro so the strap would be removable.

In addition to using the around the waist, I’m also hooking the ring around my big toe, adjusting the strap to get good tension, and then stretching downwards while laying on the sofa watching TV. I can continually adjust the tension by either relaxing my foot (less tension) or pointing my toe (more tension).

I’ve only been brave enough to shoot in two sites, I try to shoot in each corpus cavernosum each time I shoot, and there are a lot of veins to avoid. I figure as long as the HGH is getting into the CC, it is going to spread out since the CC is like a sponge. I’ve thought about trying to shoot directly into the tendon, but I haven’t had the guts to do that yet.

For the tip

I’ve done something similar for the around the waist vac extender. I haven’t thought of using golf weights, but for the ring I have tied a sock into a loop, or used a shower curtain ring. I agree that something of larger diameter than the metal ring that comes with the vac-extender is a nice variation.

For adjustment, those spring loaded cord locks work pretty well with the elastic cord that comes with the device.

Instead of lubing your golf weight, try using baby powder. It makes it more slippery and is easier to clean up.

As for shooting hgh into your dick, I think you are crazy. There is no evidence that it works, and the possibility of doing some damage to your nerves or vasculature is pretty high in my estimation. What could be worse than a dick that won’t work? Have you weighed risk vs. reward potential carefully?

Well, there is a drug called caverject that is injected directly into the penis to give an erection. I’m injecting the GH in the same places the caverject documentation says it should be injected. Also, I’m using a tiny insulin needle.

Having said that, right now I have a huge bruise on the entire left side of my penis. Apparently I hit a little blood vessel a day or two ago. The bruise is frikkin ugly. I’ll take a pic and post it on my progress thread.

i made this mod for around the waist back last summer. I didn’t have as nice of a clasp though, I just had two s-hooks that I connected to each other. I hung and used this same ADS all summer and had zero gains to speak of. I didn’t jelq yet or use heat though, two things I”m doing now to good effect.


PE START (11/10/07) 6.0 NBP x ~5.1 CURRENT (3/07/08) 6.75 NBP x 5.5 - 7.25 BPEL

1/4" with Noose extender (11/06-03/07) - Zero gains with Vac-hanging/Extender and ADS (05/07-11/07) -

1/2" gain with modified Vac-Extender (/w spring loaded compression bars) and manual routine since 1/10/08. ----- Having erection issues? Get off the aspartame! I did and a couple months later my cock is hard as a rock!
