Long Thin String Like Thing Underside Of My Penis

So I’ve been using a penis extender for a little over a month and I’d say the first week is then I realized this.

It’s a long ‘string’ like well string I guess, it’s about the diameter of a needle, maybe a little bigger. It’s painless.

I was just wondering if anyone has come across one of these before. It starts from my base under my penis almost to the glands. I think it’s just a physical side affect from the extender.

Also I have been only using the extender no pumps or manuals.

Sometimes you will notice nerves and veins more.

There is a possibility that it is an inflamed lymph vessel. I’m dealing with one now- slightly sore, but not anything crippling.

I had one of these awhile back, It appears to be a fiber of one of the ligaments that had come loose when I was stretching. Kind of like string cheese in a sense. I stopped PE for a couple months to “heal” and I cannot seem to find the loose fiber anymore. I assume it reattached, if at least loosely.

I see these occasionally. In my opinion, it is either a vein, nerve or a ligament. If you want a longer penis, it will need to be stretched as well. If it concerns you, reduce stretching intensity or take some time off.

Could you provide a picture?

Is it similar to the “strings” you get when you flex your face muscles pulling up on your neck?
