Just Started Extending

So I just bought a cheap extender off eBay ($17.74 free shipping) I believe it’s a Leskar? Anyway I’m just wondering how much tug does everybody else feel because I always figured it would feel more intense? I also only really have time to use it about an hour a day so that’s not very much either.

What kind of routines are done with extenders? Since it’s just stretching can I use it more than 2 on 1 off? 5 days a week?

Where exactly do I want the strap or noose to be on me? I always thought it would be bad to have it right over your foreskin because you don’t want to cause too much pressure in the head?

Erection level?

I tried to do some searching on it but there’s not an Extending 101 like there is Pumping or Hanging 101. Did some reading but still had questions.

One hour for a extender i don’t think it will work. You need 4~8hrs day.

You start with a light tension for 1 hour, remove for 15 min, put it back for +1hour in first week.

Like I said, I did search and even did advanced search but couldn’t seem to find anything. I’ll even screenshot the shit it brings up its totally irrelevant information. Some not even about extenders at all.

And really? One hour won’t do anything? What if I do 1 hr every day of the week for a year I couldn’t fathom that it would do nothing.

I averaged 3.5 hours a day and after five years gained a little less than an inch. I used it 6 days a week.

If you are cut, The strap should be set about 1/2 to 3/4 inch elbow the glans so that when tension is applied, the strap will push up a “collar” of foreskin between the strap and the glans.


Start 11/09 BPEL: 5.5", EG: 4.4"

Thank you DT, that’s the type of information I’m looking for! Things not written in instructions manuals and stuff, I wouldn’t of found out about the strap pushing up to create a “collar”

I’ve never tried extenders before. They just seem like they will get in the way.

I ran my extender as much as possible but often for as little as an hour a day. Comfort was my issue. I ran low pressure exclusively. While wear times of 3-4 hours are likely better, any time you can spare is good. Warmup with stretches maximizes the time in the rack.


Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Thanks for your inputs everybody, lately length is my primary goal to try to switch things up, I’ll still try the extender even if it is only for an hour.

Since it’s only an hour does that mean I could do it like every single day of the week?

I’d say in theory yes but you gain on days you rest not days you work. Tissue repair isn’t likely during a stimulus of pain or stretching or whatnot.

Yes do it as often as possible.
The more intense in less time the more rest one needs imo. If you do low intensity then you need less time to heal.
Of course 1-2 days off might still be needed but could be a nights sleep is enough. Just check how your progress goes and observe what happens and then adjust accordingly.

Time versus force

I am sure this has been exhaustively covered in a thread but I haven’t found it in my numerous searches:

Extending puts tension on the penis, so does hanging. Please explain to me why a typical hanger routine is 1-2 hours per day at weights above, say 8-10 lbs (I understand some people say you need to go above 15, but lets assume that many gain in the 8-12 lb range), whereas in extending you use low force (~2lbs) and do it for long periods (4-6 hours or more). If both are successful, then it seems that you could hang with low weight for 4-6 hours and gain.. Or you could extend with high tensions (8-12 lbs) for 1-2 hours and gain.

True?
