How long have you been using it? I reckon most devices could be uncomfortable at first.

Not positive but I think the vacextender can be fitted to the X4 labs, so if you ordered a kit from X4 you’d still have the option of adding the vacextender system to the device later on.

Not sure when I’ll actually implement it into my routine when I start back up, but I’ll probably make a post when I do.

It’s the 139 buck set, right? Can you share your size and the size that you bought? Does it fit right?

It could be pretty confusing which ones to buy in the autoextender site. Like it makes me ask, is the “Modified VacExtender 4.2 Plus Kit” already has everything to get me started, or do I have to buy the base extender (eg KR Plus Extender) to be able to use it? The one you bought VacExtender 4.2 KR Kit, does it contain everything I need to get started?

Really glad to hear about the comfort. Now, I’m almost convinced in buying one! :)

Just as an update, used it again today. I think I might need the large cup size because there’s some discomfort from a half hour session that I think arose from the cup not fitting properly. Also on their site they tell you to use the “anti fluid tape” to cover the urethral opening to you aren’t contaminating the whole setup with your fluids… But they don’t mention that the tape is still a decent strength adhesive that hurts like mad when you remove it. I personally would recommend putting some sort of cloth under the tape and have minimal contact between your skin and the adhesive.

My biggest complaint is the black silicone portion with the air tube running through it. I’ve spent upwards of an hour just stretching it with my hands because it was so insanely tight out of the box, and it’s still too constrictive for my tastes. It’s a working system but $139 seems a bit steep for a $20 extender, 2 portions of a silicone sleeve, 2 silicone pieces for the air tubes, air tube, “cup adapter” for the extender, and the cup. Just my two cents but maybe I’ll change my opinion after long term use.

How about just ditching the tape completely and just wrap a cloth?

So you bought the medium size? I saw in the website that it depends on the size of the glans. What are you measurements across the glans’ widest part and from top to bottom? I’m also planning to buy medium based on their guidelines but it may not be consistent with your experience. Also, does the black silicone also depend on the size you buy?

Would you know other alternatives that could get you those components for a cheaper price?

Btw guys, can I ditch stretching and warm up when just using a stretcher? Can I just jump right into wearing the extender?

I forget my measurements for the cup sizing portion but I remember being on the upper limit of the medium size, I don’t think the black silicone portion is size dependent.

I’d suggest using heat before going into the extender.

Thanks! What’s your warming up routine with the vacextender?

I’m gonna chime in here asking the same question as I go over the answers anyway.

I’ve been using the ESL40 the last month and I don’t know if it’s any good or not. When it does create some kind of real pull on my penis this device ends up coming off frustratingly. Last week I had to take a break as it ended up giving me white spots and other marks on my foreskin at the tip. Great.

How do people rate this device too?

That indeed sounds frustrating and hopefully someone would reach out with an advice. So it seems I have to stay away from ESL40 then just to be safe. I wonder why you voted for it in the poll, though. Was it nicer before?

5-10 minute hot wrap and light massage beforehand and 5-10 stretches to loosen up. I also use heat while extending.

Not really sure where I stand with the vacextender at this point. I emailed them a week ago about figuring out how to order a large cup or if they’d send me one and haven’t heard back yet. I’ve probably used it 5 times total. My initial thoughts are the setup is a bit cumbersome, and since the cup isn’t sized correctly wearing the device for any longer than an hour is out of the question. It’s still generally comfortable once it’s finally in place (aside from the cup) but I’m not sure how long the silicone parts are going to last.

And no more cool down? How do you use heat while extending? Also hot wraps?
I hope you’ll finally get your right size soon. But you were able to wear it for an hour? How is the cup’s size making you stay for an hour but not beyond? Does it come off?

Wore my ESL40 yesterday for the first time in a week due to a break because of white spots and blisters, yuck, that it caused. After wearing it in bed last night, I masturbated an hour after taking it off, only to find that it lead to bleeding from my tip.

Wonder how to stop all this.

Do you guys heat before wearing a stretcher as standard practice?

That sounds scary. Yes, I think the guys are warming up using hot wraps and light massages and stretches before jumping into it. You didn’t sleep on it, did you? Because I think that’s a bad idea for breaking in the device.

I could have put some of my body weight on it sleeping on my side, not sure. I think getting fractionally erect at times may have been a cause of this blister as well. Something to look out for when wearing such a device in and out of consciousness.
