Is this extender too small?

I got this from eBay fairly inexpensive to give it a try. It’s a bit snug at the base. Seems to me like it should fit a bit loose. It measures 1-5/8” wide by 2” tall. Is this a standard size or did I get a small model?

I have no idea. Give the guys a few days to respond and I expect that the extender crowd will give you the low down.

Considering that one’s flaccid and stretched while wearing this, it would seem unlikely that it’s too small. If it is, I envy your flaccid (and stretched!) girth.

After wearing it for a while I noticed that it takes some time for me to get completely flacid. When I do it is not as tight but not loose either. So I would prefer that it were a bit larger at the base. Skin at the base doesn’t like it much. I guess over time it will get used to it. I used baby powder today around the skin at the base and it helped a lot to cut down on the irritation.

I have a couple weeks to return it if I don’t like it so I’m still curious if it a standard size or if this one is a little smaller than normal.

I just measured the base of my x4 labs extender and it’s exactly the same size, 2” by 1 5/8”.

My guess is that all the parts for these extenders are made in the same Chinese factory and are sold and re branded,
X4 make what they call the girth base but is only deeper not wider, considering the headpiece is the same width you can see how they couldn’t make the base wider.

I just measured mine (size genetics) and it’s the same size.

I think you can buy “girth bases” or something similar, with the idea of putting your balls through as well. This should reduce irritation (haven’t tried it myself though)

When I was using my extender, I used to periodically rearrange the area where the base met my balls, it was the only way to reduce the burning sensation!

Ah ok, glad to hear I’m not the only one getting the burning feeling. The baby powder helped a lot in reducing the burning sensation around the balls. I’m still experimenting with the Penimaster Pro and this extender to find the best ADS solution for me. Thanks for checking the size.

I’ve got a male-edge extended,, I wear it 6 hours a day, 3 hours in the morning and 3 hours at night. I think they are great things. I’ve had mine for about 4 months.

I like the design of the male-edge extender. Seems like easier and quicker to get on and off compared to the generic ones. I recently modified my generic extender to use the Penimaster Pro head unit. Experimenting with that now.

I’m going to try to enlarge the base on my extender. Unless I am absolutely flaccid it constricts some and gets uncomfortable when I get a little excited while using it.

Used a small Dremel sanding drum to remove the two bumps and enlarge it a little more. I also rounded off the edges more as I was finding the edges were digging in, specially if I was wearing it with it pointed up. It sands easily. Afterwards manually went over it with some medium/fine sandpaper to smooth it out more. Will see it the extra room helps.
