Is It dangerous to wear Static Stretcher when you go to bed

Hi Everyone,

I was wondering if it is not harmful to wear a static stretcher when you go to bed. The reason I am asking is because I work a lot and do not have time to wear the device when I am at home.

Anyone has any experience with it ???

We’ve always discouraged nighttime PEing. Mainly because you aren’t able to observe your dick for signs of problems and because nocturnal erections could cause you some discomfort and/or damage while in the stretching device.

ModestoMan used a Vacuum ADS while sleeping. He had no injuries, but also gained nothing doing it.

I speculate that anything that could work against nocturnal erections is counterproductive for PE; since nite woods are a sort of “penis functionality test”, maybe some unknown factor has a role here.

I have been using an ADS every night now for months. I almost always awake after maybe 3-4 hours with a hard on building. I remove it, but continue wearing a sleeve to help stop turtling, and promote flaccid size. I now have erections as good as I did 30 some odd years ago. (Morning, noon, and night!)

I did not just jump into this, I wore an ADS for several weeks before trying this, and I would always set the alarm for every hour until I got very comfortable trying it without the alarm clock.

If you try it, be very, very careful, and don’t say bigluke caused your damage if you have any. You are always responsible for what you choose to do.

I wore the static stretcher for about six weeks and during that time I wore it throughout the night many times. I ran into a couple problems, though.

First, was whether to wear it straight up or down. When it was strapped to one leg by a pair of boxer briefs it worked fine throughout the day. But, at night I would bring my legs up towards my chest which would pull the device off. When I wore it straight up the abutments no longer pressed into the pubic bone which took the tension off. So, I let the Velcro strap provide the tension and it created soreness on the dorsal side of my dick. And, when I rolled over my dick sort of pointed out and acted like a kick stand on a bike, very uncomfortable.

The second problem was that I was so worried about wearing the device that I never really got a good night sleep.

I wore the damn thing averaging about 16 or more hours a day for about six weeks and didn’t gain a damn thing. It is now shoved up in my closet.

Sounds like a bad idea. I had an ADS on today and realized my dick was completely numb while I was working. Kind of scary.

I’ve fallen asleep with the Bib on more than I’d like to admit. I certainly wouldn’t recommend it. The first time and the following few days were probably some of the scariest in my life.

Yes, the only place I would leave my dick in when falling asleep is between a woman’s butt checks as I’m holding her. :D

Do not fall asleep with it on or the light wrap, if you get nightly wood like I do you will get a rug burn from the device. The static stretch has it’s place in PE I believe. I use it know after I have completed my morning hanging and all my extender wear during the day.Since I use vacuum hangers and a vacuum head attach on my extender I will use the device to give the head of my cock a rest for an hour or 2 then back to tension work.

I am not sure people are using the device correctly, from what I have read on most of the post about it. It is a stress, relax then stress, relax again. This means you extend the device to closet to you max length then wait 30 min to 60 min then extend it more, you repeat this until you are above your max length.Tendons and ligament work very well with this type of stretching,it is done in martial arts all the time with the groin ligs and tendons so that you can side kick straight up.

Most folk tend to wear ADS at less than full tension, due at least in my case to discomfort as well as distraction.
Your method is the bestest practice- but sadly impracticable for most.

I get partial wood often throughout the day and must remove the ADS until it settles down- if at full tension then I’d spend all day managing my meat- and I gots to make the donuts.

I think what these guys are thinking is ADS at lower tension- perhaps more of an anti-turtle approach. If that’s the case, go with fowfers so that you can keep a little tension on it but in a way that should shit get hard you are safe.

So I shouldn’t wear even the light stretcher at night? Funny how this was brought up, I was just thinking about wearing it at night.

The static stretcher comes with some compression springs, they might use these to decrease wear time of the stretcher.I agree my schedule is not practical. I am trying to see if time tension or pound per min.theory works.I am keeping track of all my hours hanging and time in the stretcher.then I do the math on weight I hung and amount of traction force the extender applies then and it up for the day.

Example
8lbs hang x 2 hours per day = 960 min
2lbs extender applied force x 4 hours per day = 480 min
960 min + 480 min = 1440 this equals 2 lbs at 12 hours

I am trying to see if this will give me the same gains as doing a straight 12 hours in an extender. I don’t count static stretching in the total number of hours in a stretcher unless I am using compression springs. Sorry took the thread off it’s topic.

I’m up to ~220 hours in a vac head rootloop belt ADS- very mild tension for a minimum of 8 hours per day- right now that’s the only real PE— apart from some light jelq/ stretch in the shower and pre-sex clamp/ pump play once or twice a week or so.*

The wood is constantly creating an issue- at 45 not the worst problem.

*Back in the day some [’80s] of the boys would say that they were ‘clean’- except for a little Anavar and Deca. Not clean was like a Frankenstein project- DDR labs ring a bell?
