If extenders work why do you think they're not more popular

One useful thing, is to keep the extender - when pushed back/compressed - so short ( pardon the expression), that you have your glans almost in front of the extender.( of course you’ll have to pull your penis outwards)

Then fasten the tube or strap, and release the device and feel/see the stretch on those markings. If there’s little stretch adjust the screws to preferred stretch.
If you put together the extender as a too long device for your penis,
Your glands is going to be under much stress, and pain as result. The tube or strap has to be pulling downwards instead of forward «through» your glands.
This should help you to manage more hours. I know its fun to put together a long/too long extender to impress yourself, but it will be painful and you might not manage to be there for the long run.

I think this is excellent advice. I actually had to learn this along the way and found at one point that I needed to backtrack, removing extension bars. Definitely take note of where the glans is in relation to the cradle and only add length to the extender when you’ve backed out the screws to the max length and the tissues have released so that the glans is maintained in the forward position in the cradle.

Also excellent advice, Buckfever. Like you, I also learned this the hard way. It was cool to put in to many extention bars, but found out that it got painful to be strapped in for much less time and traction.

New beginners or others that struggles, take advice.
Good luck

Like you said, it takes forever, and if you don’t do it right, you get nothing out of it, and the good ones aren’t cheap. Most guys want an easy way to a bigger penis that doesn’t take so long or require strict compliance and devotion of time and effort. As for me, I’ve always wondered why every extender seems to attribute gains to different things. Some say the stretching causes cellular damage, which when healed actually creates new cells and thus a larger penis. Yet others say the gains are from stretching the suspensory ligament. Some say it’s both. I quit using my first one because I don’t like the idea of stretching the ligament that keeps my penis pointing straight up when I’m on my back. I am more prone to buy into the cell damage encouraging growth though. The phallosan I’m using now is far better than the first extender I got, and I can wear it all day or sleep in it if I want to. I won’t though because my wife likes to play with my cock even in her sleep, so that wouldn’t work too well.
