I want to get an extender

I want to get an extender

X4 labs has a sale right now but I’d rather not pay $18000 for a kit.

What should I do? suggestions? Thoughtfulgold where are you at.

as a preface I have a lot of experience with intense pe like pumping at 15hg for multiple half hour sets

If you have the time to be able to devote for an extender (in my opinion wearing it 3-6 hours per day for at least 2 months), then yes I would invest in one. Otherwise, I don’t think you’ll see any decent results from wearing it inconsistently, so don’t waste your money if you don’t have the time. However, I bought mine over a year ago and wore it inconsistently for about 2 weeks then stopped without any results. Recently I have had time to wear it consistently so now I am seeing results. So if you do have extra funds and think you may eventually use it consistently, then perhaps invest now? It’s up to you.

Also, I think you meant $180.00 and not $18000? I wouldn’t buy an extender if I had $18000 to buy something with!

Also, X4 labs always has that sale ticker going so it is just a BS hard sales move on their website. I bought the cheapest package from them and it seems to do everything I need it for.

Recently bought monkeybar’s autoxleeve kit and started using it as an extender 1 hour a day. Building up to 3 or 4 hours on top of manual.

This thing is incredibly comfortable. The device itself doesn’t hurt. Feeling some fatigue after wearing so I think it’s working.


Remember how far you've come, not just how far you have to go.

My recommendation would be the Vacexrender 3 KR.

I have been using a Vacexrender mod kit on my X4Labs extender for obout five years with good results. The KR is significantly less expensive and not much different in concept.

Nice! By the way, there is a learning curve with wearing the extender. You will need to play around with the type of wraps and what comfortable tension you can wear it at for the best results. Personally my wrap is with a cotton cloth from a t-shirt in combination with the noose attachment that has the foam pad around it. Also my comfortable tension is only the first line of resistance on the extender tension rod.

Also, don’t let your ego get in the way and add a shit ton of rods to start with. Comfort is key while wearing the extender.

Don’t get frustrated at the fact that it you may feel discomfort after 10-20 mins when first starting to wear it, I sometimes can only wear it for that amount of time before taking it off (usually because I am pushing myself about once a week). Eventually though once you find your best wrap and attachment combo you should be able to wear it up to 45 mins to 1.5 hours without any discomfort.

I have a question, when I wear the extender I get the maximum stretched flaccid length I can possibly get, farther than my hands can pull, at this point the extender really doesn’t press into my pubic bone, it kind of just hangs there.

is this normal? knowing this I would assume I could extend longer if I had a different device that produced more tension or had a better grip oh well back to hanging, or a long rope attached to my dick that I pull on with a pulley lol

If it’s not pressing against pubic bone, sounds like you need to increase the tension a bit. Are you out of rods or something? The springs aren’t compressed? Doesn’t sound like it if it’s just hanging there.

The inscribed lines on the base rod are used to determine tension. The X4 web site and CD had detailed instructions on how to properly use the product.

I found the CD to be lackluster.

That’s is exactly what my “lanyard method” does! (I’m a new member here, still trying to be sure posting a new method won’t get me banned.)

I had the problem of lifting by the head pushing out all the blood to be able to hook up once I got into position, so when I tightened, I fell out and got a blister.

The lanyard method puts a lanyard around the head first, then you pull the lanyard up onto the extender.

I’m hoisting up 2” inches of stretch, till hooked up in the extender, leaving all 1” of turnbuckle adjustment to use after already at tension.
