How to wear the Penimaster PRO?

Hi, I using this extender from 2 months and I want to know if it’s a problem to wear the bell of the extender on the glans instead under the glans, because I tried to do it and under the glans I can do sessions between 2 and 3 hours, instead under the glans at maximum 1 hour.

I think the bell is called ‘the cap’ by most of people. I can’t understand how are you wearing the device (although I don’t own it so probaly couldn’t help much).

By the way, I wear the cap directly on the glans, instead under as advised. For do this, suffices to don’t insert completely the glans in the cap, but at mid.

Hi hope09 I’m italian too and I own a Penimaster pro. I can’t understand what is “under the glans”. Anyway you have to insert completely the glans in the cap. If you want send me an italian pm so I can understand and help you.

Do you need a big glans to use the penimaster pro to prevent it from slip of the penis, or does it work for small glans too?

It works, in the packaging you will find a reduction system for small glans.

I’m considering buying a penimaster pro to replace the andropenis noose grip that I use currently.

The thing I’m worried about it the fit. Do you think the penimaster pro could accommodate larger heads (maybe give an estimate of head girth)? I had heard they were developing a version for larger heads but I am struggling to decide whether I should wait for that or not.
