Stick the pointer finger of your supporting hand over the top of your head and then under your head between the head and the plastic support as you tighten the strap, gently pulling up as you tighten to avoid the skin getting pulled into the pinch point. Obviously you will need to remove your finger as you get tighter. It is hard to explain, but very easy to avoid with developed technique.

I will still occasionally pinch the skin, yep, it hurts.

I use a single strap with the X4 and love it. Hated it at first, now love it. Gains will come, but you need to get ready to put in the hours.

Thanks for the info! I’ll try that method tomorrow morning when I start in earnest.. How long have you used extender? You’ve seen gains? I’ve been hanging/pumping/clamping for past 1.5 years with some gains.. Addicting! Hoping to get a good stretch/length gain going

Just finished my first 1 hour set in the x4! I wrapped using the same hayabusa wrap I use for hanging and then used the plastic strap it came with. After 1 hour it started to feel noticeably tender/slightly uncomfortable but tolerable. Will have to figure out what tensions level and what techniques to use to get the most of it. Strapping in seemed a bit challenging still.

dj8cut: what have been your results with 4000 hours? What was your routine like? Most importantly, what do you use for straps? It looks like some soft wrap + velcro in the picture? Thanks!

Sadly my x4 didnt come with velcro straps despite the instruction manual showing them.. Got 4 of the same plastic strap :(

Salut Postcarnival !

I started P.E as a newbie and after a few months I increased my exercises in progression.
For more than 4 years now I have used my extender between 3 and 6 hours a day.
Usually I did jelq for almost an hour following by a lot of squeeze.
I also drink a lot of water during my exercises.
(Unfortunately this summer I have less free time for my routine)

The first year I had in gain around “0.5 inch” and almost the same for every year up to a total of “2 inches” in length until now.
I also increase around “0.7” inch in girth so far.

About the “extender”, mine is an andropenis (so not exactly the same)
I suggest you to start with a 30%-50% erection as I do (not more).
After I usually wrap my cock with cotton tissues (no velcro) to protect against pinching.
Put your extender,after a few minutes your erection will decrease…but your penis head will stay bigger than flaccid.
It really help to keep everything in place without popping out.
(Do not forget to remove your extender every 30 minutes for blood circulation)

Ok wow thank you for that! I did 3x1hour set’s yesterday and at the end of each one my entire dick was numb which scared me a little.. So you take if off for a few minutes every 30 min while doing multi-hour sets?

Personally,I take off my extender every 30 minutes and I make a little message “one minute only” and I replace it. (I use it 4 hours a day for now)

Thanks dj8cut: one last question, could you guys touch on tension level? Thanks to the photos and explanations from thoughtfulgold I saw the segmented base rods and understand them, however I’m not sure what the optimal tension level is or how to get to even get to full tension and still be able to strap in? Right now I am able to just barely squeeze into a configuration where after also extending via twisting the rods, I am at about 1.5 of the 3 segments showing. I don’t even think I could get to full tension(?) Not sure how that’s achieved or if you can only get there after serious time doing this.

Any advice about how to make your penis more pliable in order to fit into the proper extender size? I mean, I have trouble fitting my dick into the extender with one rod loaded but then “unfurl” the tension rods/elongate it to the maximum and end up feeling no stretch. It’s like my dick refuses to go it’s true flaccid length until I’m already strapped inside the extender. What a bother.

You don’t necessarily have to “feel” the stretch. The amount of force for it to be something you would feel will vary from person to person and is not a good measure of how effectively the force is being applied.

However, if you’re going to try to increase your pliability prior to extender use, you will want to use Heat (IR, rice sock or good directed space heat) and a stretching routine that is not too intense to warm up.

What would be a good workout schedule in your opinion?

I think I can spend 3-4 hours daily with it. But that would be almost all the time avaliable for PE I’ll have.

I tell people on a regular basis than 3 to 4 hours a day at whatever tension is comfortable is fine. You probably want to take a break every hour to 90 minutes to restore circulation, at least until you get accustomed to it.

My extender use was very simple. I do recommend stretching in front of a heat source to warm up but you don’t even have to do that if you don’t want to. I only did 3 to 4 hours per day 3 to 4 days a week for a year-and-a-half. That was my magic routine. Not too magical, basic really.

That amount of time seems bearable to me!

Thinking about the long hours of ADS devices is very discouraging.

Hi. I have used two weeks penis extender. I use silicone tube strap and that stays tightly.
Problem: penis extender, how does traction stay in that exact traction marking where do I want?
I have silly questions, but I just don’t know.

I have added elongation bars/rods on both sides. I always leave 1 mm on screws and naturally on both sides (just like danish manufacturer advises)
Before I start to turn screws. I also tried to compress device towards me and then turn screws. Now, traction slowly increases and it feels nice.
Usually finally third traction marking fades away and I have traction 1200 g, but now I want next, which is 2000 g.
But bars start to slide away from 1200g (or 2000g), I mean less than 1200 g.

Are there two methods:
1) add more elongation bars/rods but not turn screws?
2) put less elongation bars but turn screws?

Is erection bad thing during traction session?
I have read manuals, videos and so on, but still I just don’t know how I can get and keep first traction 1200 g, or 2000 g or third which is 2800 g.
