Homemade Variable Tension Leg-strap ADS

I want to share the ADS device I have been using for about 5+ months.

Note: This is a cheap and poorly demonstrated device. I know this. However, it is also accurately made and custom-fit for my dimensions.

I am able to wear the device comfortably for up to 4 hours, but I usually remove it after 3 hours. It is almost completely invisible while wearing pants or jeans and no one has noticed it at my office.

This device consists of:
3 releasable zip ties
Silicone plumbing tape (purchased at HD)
Duct tape
Small dog collar (yes a dog collar)

The collar fits perfectly around my leg just below the calf muscle.

The elastic is important to compensate for changes in tension as you walk/sit/stand.

Different quantities of zip ties were experimentally applied. 3 worked the best for comfort and keeping the device securely attached. I secured it to an aluminum foil tube for demonstration.

The silicone wrap section wraps around the penis and then is secured and tightened externally by zip ties. A simple layer of tissue paper is wrapped around the penis under the silicone wrap to avoid skin irritation. An important modification to this wrap is that the silicone wrap primarily applies side pressure as opposed to a tightened noose type of pressure. This was achieved by applying paper and durable adhesive glue to the outside surface of the silicone sections which rest on the sides of the penis. Once dry and adhered, the side sections are more firm and rigid. In this way, when fully wrapped around the penis the more rigid side sections are the primary force application when the zip ties are tightened.

I do not know the exact tension. Different lengths of string and elastic were applied with different results. Too much tension causes pain or discomfort at shorter durations.

IMPORTANT: I would not advise duplicating this device and using it. I am still developing it. I am assuming a risk by testing it myself. This is the second design as the first one wore out and broke after two months.

I have posted this to assist others who may be researching different ADS designs.

I’m sure there are more sophisticated ADS to be found. This one was made out of necessity using whatever I had around the house. I’m glad you like it. Just trying to share information and help others develop new ideas.

Where did you get the elastic from I’m in the uk. Can you post a link? Exactly what I’m looking for

Thanks for the replies and feedback. The elastic strap can be bought at Walmart. It’s important to point out that the tension of the elastic will change based on the position of your leg and also as the elastic slowly wears out over time. This should be applied very cautiously at first, and more tension can be applied based on how the device feels.

- When more tension is desired, simply shorten the elastic loop.

-After learning to wear the ADS properly and comfortably, very little pain or discomfort was felt while wearing it.

-When removing the ADS, especially after 2+ hours of use, this was painful at times. The skin becomes irritated if the device is worn for too long and then removed.

-The ads did work for me, but was not the only effort made towards length increases. Manual stretches, hanging, and clamping were also practiced during certain phases in effort to avoid plateau and bring variety to the exercises.

I am new. I made a ADS the other day using three straps. These straps come from medical products which I have access to because of my volunteer work. Two of the straps have velcro at one end, the other is thinner with lots of slits which a two side button can fit into. I just wrapped the larger velcro strap around one leg above the knee, the other velcro strap fits into the larger one and goes to the penis. The penis is wrapped with the thinner strap with the slits and button and fastened tightly with the button. The velcro strap from the one wrapped above the knee is linked to the strap around the penis. The variable stretch comes from moving the leg outwards. You can change the leg strap over to the other leg to change stretch position. The positive thing about this is that it can be worn for a long time, the downside is the penis is not perfectly straight while stretch, one side near the glans is stretched more than the other. It is not painful, truthfully it is actually stimulating, feels quite nice. I have used this ADS a couple of times, so I am still learning the best way to attach the three straps to make a better stretch.
