Good to hear. If you can’t get a full hour right away that’s fine just stay consistent and go as long as you can. Eventually it will become easier.

If you eliminate the top nut that holds the springs in place and put the springs directly into the head assembly, followed by the base assembly, minus the spring nuts, this will further reduce the length of the system by at least another 0.18175”. If you are on the fence it will make a difference!

This could be a worth while option removing this top nut from the spring assembly. I am just falling short of fitting the device comfortably that it is absolutely worth trying.

I’ve attempted your previous suggestion.

Not only am I almost three hours continuous without slippage being strapped in I am enjoying the stretch.

I started out laying flat on the bed and it feels well enough that I’m sitting up and walking too.

A little discomfort in the first 20 min which has subsided.

Work in progress, making progress.

Sounds like you’re getting it.
I had similar experiences at first. It just takes practice to get it going.

Not sure that is a good idea to put your extender for 3 hours without removing it.
I would suggest you remove it every 30-45 minutes (do a litlle massage) and put it back for blood circulation.

Understood, I did strap in for an hour as I went to bed last night. Took it off because I didn’t want to risk damage to myself or the device if I fell asleep.

Being a beginner to extending I do think it’s wise to go an hour on & several off throughout the day. I notice I’m a little tender down there this morning.

I do believe now almost a week into using this extender I’ve about got it figured out as far as strapping in properly to the point of having the ability to keep it on for an extended period of time.

Congratulations on working it out. I’m just a few weeks in and still trying to get the hang of the setup. It’s a tricky contraption to get right at first. Good luck with the gains.

I am very pleased with my first week behind me. I began with no rods due to not being long enough to fit the device. I continued my jelqs, using heat to make my guy more malleable which made a big difference.

I’m very pleased today to say I’ve added the smallest set of rods to the device & I am able to wear it somewhat comfortably.

Because I’m a big guy I am unable to wear my extender while doing everyday activity.

The only way I can keep it on is if I am laying down on my back. Because of this I am unable to strap in more than once or twice daily for an hour at a time.

I’ve lost around 60lbs in the last year but in the groin area it has not been noticeable.

Any suggestions?

Just keep at the weight loss your health is way bigger than PE.
