Regarding reporting your gains, I think it is fair to report the full amount. Maybe with a caveat if going into detail about them. But I think your hard PE work is valid even if it was producing mainly a combination of newbie gains and reclamation of youthful size. To me it would be like someone not reporting their fast initial gains because they were mainly attributed to newbie gains. You worked for all of it, be proud. :)

To both of you, I don’t know a ton about the effects of aging on the size and function of the penis specifically, but I can speculate. As Austfred mentioned, hormone levels decline relatively quickly each year after about 30, that can cause a decrease in EQ. Circulatory efficiency decreases a bit with age as well and this could have a similar effect. Then you have the things that contribute to ED like the build up of intracavernosal plaques and decreased smooth muscle tone and these things are also correlated to aging. So all the things I just mentioned could be working in some combination to decrease EQ and thus penis size. Also, connective tissue becomes weaker but also more inelastic as we age, this would reduce penis size as well as the tunica would have less ability to expand under pressure. Also, either of those factors, reduced EQ or inelasticity would mostly effect erect size which goes along with Austfred’s example.

The good news is that, as you have both discovered, the most acute effect of PE is improved elasticity and EQ. When these things are lacking, that can translate into very fast size gains.

When I was younger I I tended to nerdyness and did not do as much exercise as I should have. Now I am doing more and especially have come to realise the importance of body stretching as well as penis stretching. Believe it is very important for us old guys..

Nature never intended us to live past 50, and it lets us know this on a regular basis. I like the way you are taking it on.

I retired from my job in July because I needed more time to take care of myself, and my business. Now I can work out, do yoga, and be more active; including vac hanging 4 to 6 hours a day. Of course I’m busy doing stuff while I vac hang.

I don’t know about feeling young girls though. I think I keep with the one’s more my age. I don’t want any kids at this point in my life. LOL

Probably because I’m so immature, or let’s say I’m always having a hoot. When I was working I worked with mostly young people. I liked them, and they liked me. I really miss the kids I worked with. The nice thing about losing size when we get old is we can retire and have time to vac hang for several hours a day.

One thing about retirement. I haven’t started to collect Social Security yet, but don’t believe the propaganda about having to work longer for it. One of the advantages of technology is to work less to make a living, not more. It is all about who is benefiting from technology, and right now it is just the people who own the technology, and those are also the people who own the media. Nuff said.

Thanks for the kind words. My early routine (when I gained the most) was pretty sloppy. I did some with a Bathmate, and tried to do the Penimaster for 3 hours a day, but hated the Penimaster. I sometimes see people on TP who work really hard and have no gains, and I worry about 2 things: 1, I might discourage them by my unique situation. 2, I might mislead them with my earlier erradic routine. As long as the site allows me to elaborate then it solves my concerns.

More recently however (last 9 months), I really like the vac hanging. I kind of compare any kind of ADS to a woman with a clit ring. It feels good to have something tug on my cock all day. I usually am wearing either my Vac 3, my golf weights, or some steel o-rings. You may or may not remember I was also pumping for most of the 9 months, and over doing it. I think that is the problem with some of the no gainers.

That’s a great attitude and it is good you are starting to exercise and work on flexibility. It is never too late to make those kind of changes.

ADS is like a girl with a clit ring - classic. You’re right, it’s probably comments like that which made me think you were younger than you are. Never lose the sense of humor, I am planning on taking mine with me for the duration as well.

As far as retiring. It is not at all what I thought it would be. I didn’t retire because I wanted to, I retired because the demands on my life kept waxing, and my ability to meet the demands kept waning. This is probably why many people retire, and people may not realize this now when the powers of greed are trying to make them work longer, but they will likely regret it when the time comes if they let them take away their Social Security.

Fortunately, I was able to afford to retire when work was no longer being fun without having to take Social Security. Along with the financial aspects of retirement, it is important to have interests and activities to do. In the beginning having a good retirement can be as much work as having a good job. I have always had an active life outside of work. As a matter of fact work was kind of a bother to me. Now that I am retired, I am finding myself. My creativity is working for me, and I have more energy for the things that are important to me, and not just what was important to an employer. I have a business to run that takes a little time, but provides a good income in exchange, the ACA really helps with my health insurance, and I have numerous interests to keep me busy.

I go to various music jams and play music, and I go to dances. I may start to teach dance classes. My kids like to spend time with me, and I have a really fun, good lady to hang out with who shares my interests and values.

What’s not to like.
