Has Static Stretching Worked for Anybody?

It’s been 2 or 3 months since the news about static stretching hit, and I’m wondering whether anyone has seen any gains from using this technique.

I use monkeybar’s long sleeve as a static stretcher and have gained a half inch in length since early December. Keeping my dick extended for up to 14 hours a day has definitely contributed to the gain, but I also hanged in January and February. The downside has been several frenulum tears, which forced me to take breaks of up to 2 weeks. In addition, I’m uncut and the sleeves cause fluid build up in my foreskin, and occasionally skin irritation. Anyhow my answer to the question whether static stretching works or not, is yes, it does if you can keep your dick extended most days most of the time

Ok, now the inevitable question. Are these “newbie’ type gains or gains on top of previous gains?

Definitely newbie gains. I tried manual stretching and jelqing about two years ago and gained nothing (except weak erections) in 3 months, so I stopped. I was probably over-exercising back then.

I took delivery of my Static Stretcher about six weeks ago but I am finding I am using the Static Wrap much more frequently as it is much stealthier. I wear the SS about 3 times a week for about 4-6 hours and wear the SW the rest of the time. I personally think the SW is great as it gives a constant flaccid length much greater than my old wrist wrap method.

When I started my stretched flaccid was just under 6.9” and it is now consistently on 7”. I’m now pumping out to 7.25 / 7.3” where once again I was never able to break 7” previously.

I am also doing my usual routine of jelqs and pumping but this is the first growth of any type I have seen in six months.

The only difference between my non-growth plateau and my new ‘possible’ growth is the SS / SW so I am liking it.

Thanks, guys. I continue to wear my “static stretcher” (really an ADS) to bed nearly every night. I can’t say that this alone has given me any gains, but it appears that I’ve picked up 1/8” or so BPEL by combining SS with my newly resumed jelqing and stretching routine.

My sense is that the jelq and stretch is what’s really effective, but the ADS work certainly doesn’t hurt.

Dude, just get some looser pants if that’s the problem, or get some tighter boxer briefs to keep it against your leg. I wear that thing all day without it even being noticeable. Try transitioning from SW to SS little by little.

I’ll put my results up in about a week.

I would like to add to the original question and ask if the static technique is viable with an uncut penis. Anyone care to share their success?

My Static stretcher comes on the 6 0f July I can’t wait to try it out. I just hope it doesn’t let me down like other stretchers I have tried before. I have been PEing for 4 yrs. And I have went from 5.5 in EL to 6 3/4 EL with just manual exercises. I hope the SS helps me to gain faster.

Don’t you think an ADS has much potential for EL gains?

Definite flacid gains, too early to tell with respect to EL.

To be honest I only get to wear a couple of hours a day due to glans discomfort. However, I have just taken delivery of Monkey Bar’s extender add on package so I will wait to see if this resolves the problem.

One thing I’m confused about is whether less is indeed more with these ie with respect to tension, I like to crank it up as far as I can go, it just doesn’t seem to make sense having a small amount of tension only.

Can anyone comment on this?

“Cranking it up a far as you can go” will definetly cause glans discomfort. Have you tried letting the penis relax into the stretch and then dialing it out and letting it relax again?

If you could get over the comfort factor, what is better, lots of tension or little. Logic would dictate more tension = more stretch, but this may be a bad thing, I don’t know.
