Gains ratio

Extender veterans only:

I wish to have your impressions on how many hours per milimitre or per centimetre or per inch, you registered during your campaigns.
This can only be a useful data if obtained after a big ammount of hours in the extender, since smaller periods of time will throw inconsistent/more random estimations.

On my journey so far, after 750 hours, i can say i obtained around 1cm erect. It´s I think a superb result so far, over a period of 3 months.
That would be 75 hours per milimitre progress. For some periods i had a progress close 60-65hours per milimitre, and other periods of 130 hours per milimitre.

I had little gains using extender below the 8hours/day mark, so I did some hours on that pattern, producing cero results, but when aiming to 8-14hours a day, there was and still have progress ongoing.
My tension used ranged from 500 to 900 grams. 900 feeling a bit too much tension to me. I had good gains around 700 grams.

So please could veterans throw their data here to contrast experiences? basic data, ratio, tension, hours a day?

8-14 hours!?!?!? Damn, and here I was feeling good with my regular 6 hours a day…

my max sesion was 16 hours at 900grams in a day, but effects next day were similar to hanging: a strong turtling, like the collagen wanted to stay more contracted, but the extension was superb past 10 hours.
Under 8 hours i never feel satisfied.
