Gains from extenders

I measured again yesterday and I gained 0.8 mm (0.3”) in 2 weeks. The problem now is that I can’t last more than 1h30 at minimal tension. Does this mean I need to take a day or two off ?

I also noticed the appearance of a dark spot on the shaft, it almost looks like a light mole. This may be due to irritation, but it doesn’t go away.

I might take a day or two off. PI’s are a good indicator of when you are causing the kind of trauma that requires rest to recover from. From the sound of it, your negative PI’s aren’t super bad yet, so you could keep going and see if they improve. Your tension actually sounds like a pretty ideal level for an extender based on your description of how long you can handle it.

I’ve only used a traction device, no other exercises other than some edging. I now use heat pads for both also, which has helped a lot.


Starting Stats - 5.5 BPEL x 5.6 EG

Current Stats - 5.7 BPEL x 6.5 EG

Goal - 7 x 6 (with hopefully a large flaccid hang)

I still use a slider extender, gains are very slow now after about 4 years, took me about a year and a half to gain 3/8”, probably take even longer to gain the next 3/8”, I extend 3-4 hours pretty much every day.

What is a slide extender? I just recently purchased an extender and was curious who is doing it. Little Engine, how long have you been extending and how much gains so far? Thanks guys!

I have been extending for over five years and have gained about one inch in length. I seem to have plateaued over the past year; however, my flaccid stretched length has started to increase again.

Might be worth adding heat into the mix now. Heat during the whole traction session I mean, not just as a warm up.

A slider differs from a spring based extender the rods are fully threaded and the head is adjusted by spinning knurled nuts to the desired stretch and tension.

The advantage is that you don’t have to pre stretch to put it on, don’t have to add rods, and can use as much or as little as you like.

The disadvantage is that without springs to compress to gauge the tension, it’s hard to know what tension you’re applying, more of a problem for new extender users I guess, I’m more interested in the stretch I’m getting than what force is required to obtain it.

Personally I think force of tension is a far safer metric to use than stretch length.

thank you for the clarification. I’m not super familiar with extenders. I have been doing PE for about a solid 3+ months and sparingly last month. Mainly using a hydropump and manual stretching etc. I’ve gained a good 1/4” depending on EQ slightly over or under on NBPEL. So I bought an ADS, I think that is the correct acronym. Hopefully it’ll produce some results.

Has anybody experimented with making custom silicone vacuum sleeves? I managed to make a cast of my member then 3D scan it into cad. Made some changes to my dimensions to ensure a tight fit and 3d printed a mould. Its a challenge to get on (roll it on like a condom) but I have it down now to less than a minute to get it on and off again. Its tough to keep any air pockets from forming! Its been a couple of weeks now and I am wearing my sleeve everywhere. Its even comfortable enough to go for a jog! I do my PE exercises at night and finish off with a hot shower then roll the sleeve on. It pretty well sticks like glue when the skin is moist and residue free. I don’t have a way to gauge the force but its feels to be around 500g. Its a decent amount and keeps me fully extended for as long as I can hold my bladder! I do sleep with it often with no discomfort, numbing or skin going cold. As long as I put a little moisturizer around the base its pretty unnoticeable. I time my sessions and I am trying to keep a decent log of hours put in vs gains. Few days ago I had been wearing it for 13.5 hours over night and spent the morning in bed. I don’t think its possible to wear any extender for that period of time from my experience. I have a very busy lifestyle so I can only wear it at night. Been thinking of ways to do it for years and this is the best I have come up with so far. I’ve been doing PE since 2002 on and off and haven’t gained much length. Only .25”. But I have gained a full 1.5” girth doing manual jelqs. I really want to focus on length now as I have square dick 6x6 and I believe keeping the member extended after training is the golden ticket!

That’s a pretty cool idea Fox, I thought about making my own extender on a lathe. Eventually just opted to purchase one. That’s some amazing girth gains. I wish I could do more manual jelqs and exercises too. However, like you I have an extremely busy lifestyle working 12.5 hours a day and trying to spend time with family. So I hope an ADS can keep me doing PE without so much “hands on” alone time.

I still haven’t figured out how to maintain my busy work schedule and manage to take car of myself, family, friends, relationships, etc. Life is chaos! Just grow damn you!
