For those curious about penis extenders
1st off I want to say thanks to the guy who created this forum b/c it has helped me A LOT. Let me give a little history then I will proceed with my topic.
I became a member of this site a couple years ago. I started off just like everyone with the newbie routine and eventually got into clamping a lot because I wanted to add girth (I heard women like girth more anyway). Eventually girth became my main focus and I started to see some permanent gains. Haven’t measured in awhile but I think any person can tell when their penis is a lot thicker on a continual basis than it normally is. Anyhow, I stopped because I was moving around a lot and didn’t have the privacy to jelq or clamp anymore but my gains were there so I was convinced that PE actually works.
I eventually switched up and wanted to focus on length. I gained about half an inch in length solely from jelqing and clamping but I still want to reach my goal of 9 inches. I bought my 1st extender off Amazon about a year ago. I didn’t want to pay big bucks just to see if the damn thing worked so mine was around 30 bucks or so. Anyhow, I wore it 5 days a week for about a month or so. I couldn’t get the hang of it because my penis was sore as hell and I didn’t see any spec of gains. After being frustrated (of course) I said to hell with this thing and threw it away.
Fast forward to November of last yr (‘12).I still didn’t have the time to jelq and wanted to atleast hit 8 inches so I figured I would give the extender another try because I figured hanging just wasn’t my thing. I ended up ordering one from AliExpress (not sure if we’re supposed to say where) and spent about 12 bucks on it. This time I wanted to do a little more research to see what I was possibly doing wrong before. I got it right before Thanksgiving and started wearing it immediately. First week for roughly 4 hrs a day for 5 days just to get warmed up (lowest tension). Funny thing about this extender was I was able to move the extender down so I was able to wear it more often and for longer because it couldn’t be seen under my clothes. After a couple weeks I realized I was using the thing wrong the 1st time I tried it. I previously used way too much tension and basically overworked my penis which I assumed didn’t do any good. This time I followed the guidelines and slowly I started to notice some differences.
Keep in mind I HAVEN’T been doing any other PE exercises because I wanted to see if it really works this time. It’s been a little over a month for me and since the 1st week I’ve been clocking in 6-7 hrs a day for 5 days.. A couple hrs on Sat if I can and I can absolutely say that I have seen some changes. 1st off my flaccid penis is hanging a little longer and is a little thicker than before. My EQ definitely went up!! I haven’t measured anything because I want to hit the 500 mark 1st but I have noticed that it looks longer and is certainly thicker. I started to realize it during a lot of sex sessions with my wife (ie. A different grip when sucking, mouth opens a little more, extra lift when inserting to ride, etc.) I didn’t have to measure to tell that it came from the extender and from me using it correctly this time compared to before when I was trying to over stretch my penis.
I know some are going to ask about tension so I’m using 1200 for another month or so then I’ll move up to 1500. I haven’t been taking any extra supplements, only one-a-day vitamins and that’s it. Once again, I did all of this to see if it really works and so far I can say that I’m happy with my progress. Haven’t took any new pics yet but I will.
Just wanted to share my experience b/c I know it may help someone who either doesn’t know, curious, or frustrated with penis extenders.
