I’m finding finishing an extender session with a pump session improves my stretched flaccid length for the following day. I’m currently on a daily 3hr entender session followed by a 5min manual stretch, then a single 30 min pump at 5 inches HG.

I do something similar after extending (usually at least 3 - 4 hours) or light hanging (2 - 3lbs for multi-hours) — my pumping is usually more like 15min or so at 3 - 5hg, though I also tend to do a light pump of 3hg - 4hg for 15min pre hanging or extending in the morning.

I find it improves flaccid, but also EQ and erect size remains impressive throughout the next day.

I do the same thing, ads for 2-6 hours, then 3-10 minute pumping sessions. I am not sure if I’m seeing gains, but hey, I need to keep my cock guessing. A couple months of that and I’ll throw something else in the mix. So far I’ve gained an inch in length and about 1/2 inch in girth in less than 12 months.

Stretch2, you are only doing ads and pumping to get all those great gains? If so, that’s fantastic. I got an injury jelqing and have found I can’t do it anymore, so would love to see evidence manual exercises are not necessary.

Sentii, I did manual jelqing/stretching and gained a half inch in my first two months, but I do not jelq religiously any more, though I should. I really haven’t made any gains since I started pumping. However, I can probably attribute most of my past gains to jelqing/ stretching and ads. I got an injury from misplacing a hanger on my penis. Tried hanging for about two weeks, it’s not for me, at least not for now. I like pumping :)

What gains would you say you got from ADS alone? Is my math right that about 0.5”? Or were you doing some manual PE pretty much the whole time?

Sentii, I was doing manual and ads religiously. I never did just ads and not jelk. Hope that answers your question.
