No, I only used it as a method to reduce extending time. Sometimes I would also hang with weights for 5-15 mins, and maybe do a fulcrum stretch, prior to extending. I consider it a warm up / pre-workout activity, like when going to the gym. Without a warm up, I would have to use the extender for longer periods of time.

I have read of people using fulcrum stretching with an extender for long periods of time to correct curvature and to soften tough spots along the shaft. I once came across someplace that sold fulcrum attachments for extenders. I can’t recall the website.

I used a wide range of techniques that I learned here on thunders to get my gains. When I used one technique here and there, but consistently, gains were slow if any at all. Many times after a long break I would loss everything.
I like to mix it up, which I think helps.


Sept 2020 BPEL 16.5-17.5 cm, BPFLS 17.5-18 cm. Clamped x4+ BPEL 18-19 cm. Head girth 12.5 cm, MSG 16 cm, BG 16.5 to 18 cm

Goal is 21 cm BPEL, 20 cm EL, 15 cm head girth.
