I’ve been extending for almost 3 weeks (average 3-5 hours a day, 60+ hours total) and seem to have gained 0.2”. That is to say, I’ve finally reached 7” BPEL. A measurement I could never, ever reach. 6.8” was my max.

I’ve been doing PE for years now. Clamping did nothing for me. Pumping for months was useless. Jelqing was only moderately succesful for newbie gains.

Something interesting is going on here and I’m making this thread so I have something to reflect on, and to throw a thought into the community: is it possible different penises react differently to different exercises?

If it matters my BPSFL is < BPEL and I haven’t even been extending past my BPEL yet.

It’s been long known everyone has their optimum gaining method.

Only way to decode it is by trying damn near everything. Though when you find the optimum method, calibrating it for continued gains is easy and intuitive usually.


Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

I am using a vac extender and so far have only been wearing it two days consistently each day 5 hours.. At max tension I am extending well over my BPEL and am looking forward to see where I hang after 100hours of use


21/09/2019. 6.2 inches bone pressed erect length.

Short-term goal 24/12/2019

7inches bone pressed erect length

O could say I’m in a long plateau and now I’m giving extender a try.

Hope this really helps kickstart some gains.

I am in the similar boat. I have been stuck on 6.7” for over 2 years. So this year i am giving an ADS a go. I have ones that straps to your penis and the end then connect to a Velcro strap on my leg.

I am weaeing one during work under my long pants. I don’t think anyone has noticed it. Can anyone share their success/dailies stories l? Any tips will be much appreciated.

ADS do not make your penis bigger.

They were made to be used after a hanging session.

If you want your penis to extend in it’s lenghth you got to use an extender for a minimum of four hours a day.

I’ve had great gains with 2-2.5 hours a day.


Started 6.4" in the tube 2/18. Now 8" 6/10/19 in tube. 6/10/19 BPEL 7.7", BPFSL 8". Began extender 9/4/18, followed by pumping. Short term goal 8" in the tube.Long term goal. 8" x 6" outside of tube. Penimaster rods 11/6/18: UP: 2x.5cm, 2x2cm, 2x4cm, 2x8cm,2x6cm

Hi DJ, same question for you, what were your gains and after how many hours? Seems like the manual exercise you are combining it with is jelq and squeeze is that right? Would you say most of the gains were related to the extender?

You can find all my gains are on my stats.
My gains came from the “mix” of manual exercises and more than 4500 hours of my extender.

What extender did you purchase? Will I need to buy additional parts? I have a week left in the newbie routine just wanted to purchase an extender and try it out

I never had results from any method until I came across the infamous penis extender device. Been using a Male Edge Basic model for about 2 weeks now and while it’s too early to see size gains, I’m noticing s huge improvement in erection quality.
