If extending in the downward position does this target the ligament or the tunica. in either case which one has the better chance of having successful gains?

The manufacturers recommend extending downwards at least with my extender. I think it targets both the ligs and tunica, at least in my experience. I had lost a half inch when I quit PE, I started wearing it again six weeks ago (2-4 hours daily) and regained that 1/2 inch :) , I hope I continue to get more gains. So, I ask myself, do extenders really work? In my opinion, yes they do!

Stretching down does target the ligaments more, and stretching up does target the bottom of the shaft more. But if you stretch to the right, you feel it in the left (and if to the left you feel it in the right).
I have tried all of these and found that my erect penis will point in the direction most stretched in. This can be undesirable . Stretching strait outward and slightly up has yielded the best results. Now my erect penis has a more natural and even look to it. Before extending I had an hour glass shape and a hook to the left.

Now:
Ligaments have the tendency to return to normal when you don’t work them out anymore. Basically, they will shrink to their normal size when you stop stretching (quit altogether). It is a good idea to perform some sort of hand stretching at least every other day to prevent losses. Consider it, as routine maintenance.

As you stretch the ligaments they will get bigger and stronger. As the ligaments get strong they will be able to resist stretching which will result in more force being applied directly to the tissue/chambers of the penis. The cells will divide (or get bigger. I’m not sure what the real science is) resulting in permanent penis enlargement.

From my experience:
1) I have not seen permanent results from using an extender within the first month.
2) I have seen permanent results after going for 2 months or more for at least 2-3 hours a day.

if you don’t mind me asking, which extender do you use and how long did it take for you to get your first gain, also what made you stop doing pe at first.

I use a noose style extender, I stopped PE for a couple months, due to an hanging injury.
I gained about a half inch within the first two months of jelqing as a newbie. Started extending after a few months of the newbie routine, within two months at 4-6 hours a day gained another half inch. Hope it answered your question.
