Extending/Hanging While (Partially) Erect

Hey guys, I know this is a big taboo to most but I couldn’t help but wonder if anyone has done this and what the results were.

For people who don’t know: erect hanging is a taboo because it can lead to injury MUCH faster than normal hanging/extending due to too much pull-force from both sides (don’t do it).

I am actually doing it right now (extending while erect) as long as I can be erect.. I feel great tension for sure but the reason why I do it is because when I extend, I have this “steel-cord” that gets stretched the most, leaving the tunica unaffected. When I am erect, I feel as though the whole penis is stretched.

It is easier to stretch the penis in a flaccid state, the more flaccid the more malleable it is.

If you have any results doing it, please share.

I can’t maintain any kind of grip once I’m hard.

I’ll sometimes get turned on and get hard while stretching and it always ruins my cession. Even when I don’t lose my grip, it still messes up my stretch to the point that it’s not working anymore.

Thats probably better. If you’re gaining without being erect, or dont have a “steel cord” limiting your stretch then never do erect.

I use a vacuum extender which grabs onto the head very strong, even when erect.

The most effective stretching is done while flaccid / or semi-erect … but nothing more than 50%.

Have you ever watched professional athletes warm up before competing? Have you ever done any type of Yoga stretching? If so you’ll notice that a loose muscle or body part is much easier to stretch than one that is tight or cold. Take the test for yourself…. is your penis more pliable and easier to stretch when flaccid or erect?

I was hinting more at the 50% full rather than the 50% empty (yeah, I’m an optimist😌).

There is actually something called “resistance stretching”. Its something of new and is supposed to be a very effective way of stretching *while under tension*.

Now I think my body maybe thinks extender coming on time to get hard. Honestly it takes away from the extending session. Mainly because strapping Down becomes a issue. And slippage happens more often. When your erection subsides.

I recently got a injury at my penis base left side. Maybe after more thought I got the injury because I was erect in the extender. Previously I marked that to aggressive manual stretching.

Any insight on this will be much appreciated.

Please describe the nature of your injury, other than location.
As for your Extender training protocol…. sounds like you’re using a device that attaches with a noose. I wouldn’t recommend using it while erect. If you can limit your level of arousal to no greater than 50% I think you’d have fewer problems with slipping. Because if your erect and you’re fluctuating between semi - to 100% erect your penis size is changing and that will require constant re-adjustment of the strap connection.
