Extending As A Supplement
Just asking if anyone here uses an extender as a supplement to other programs. I got mine maybe a year and half ago, but quickly realized that I wouldn’t be able to wear it for as long as needed daily to make it my primary PE method.
I am now about to add it back in to aid in my stretching routine. Maybe 30 minutes to start with for now and use heat. Then go into manual routine. I like the idea of being able to just lay in bed, watch some tv with the stretcher on and some heat on as well. But be free to read, watch tv, browse internet on my phone.
I work remotely for a schedule that’s a few weeks on and a few weeks off. When I’m at work (in a different city) I just to manual exercises and stretches and don’t do long sessions. 12-14 hour days doesn’t give me much time. Forced Deconditioninh almost.
