extenders really works?

I think an extender should just be a tool to aid in your specific PE routine. For instance, if you are manually stretching and jelqing already then an extender will aid you and will possibly help you in the long run (pun intended). Consistency and watching your PIs are the most important aspect of a successful PE career.

I agree, I personally think 1.18” in EL is certainly reasonable within the 1200-1800 hour mark, but after that amount of hours most people don’t seem to gain any more.

I’ve gained 0.67”/1.7cm so far and I’m just about 750 hours and Im wearing the extender around 5 hours a day.

I think the likelihood is whether the user will stick it out for that amount of time or not.

Its possible starting out. Espacially when combined with manual stretches in all directions and heat
Best done increasing time daily to at least 4 hours. Better 6-12. Slowly increasing tension daily or weekly..

An extender is very one dimensional and should be combined with manuals.

i know that there is not a definitely study about extenders, but is a begining, and the only thing we have at this moment in the world of PE with a little scientific evidence.

I don’t think so. Actually, no proof is needed, since it unquestionable that the penis can enlarge permanently after prolonged stretch, for example after severe priapism eposides or traumas.

There is also a study on vacuum pumps, which showed gain of 3 mm. with just few minutes daily of use; the gain was called ‘not statistically significative’ by the authors, who knows why.

yes that have sense but look that all urologist , and doctors i asked about “penis enlargement without surgery” told me “IS IMPOSSIBLE!!” even when i use a similar argument, so is hard to say “absolutely yes “, but in my case i’m gonna try what looks relatively more safe (and with a little of scientific evidence, thats why i don’t do manual exercises or other things.

even when i have doubts about the products because they say are a little umcorfortable but i heard that at least Andropenis is so tortuos to use, and i’m a little scare about the injuries on the glans ( numb, necrosis) , but i have no opcion cuz i have not much money. so i suppose i gonna have to be careful

i’m not sure too how true are the gains they propose

A thought provoking analogy. I would not recommend any extender with a noose or strap. Yes, some find them tolerable, but if you are concerned about spending money, then do manual routines, pump or stretch. Don’t risk money in the quest for a suitable method of PE. As Marinera often says, it is not necessary and I agree.
