Yeah, I’m serious. You’re new to PE, right? It’s very easy to throw a lot of kit at the problem and firstly ignore the fact that time and effort are important elements and secondly not get to know the limitations of your dick well enough to use equipment safely. Thirdly, you may actually find you better gains by following the newbie routine. In the end this is all about the best route to gains.

Not sure what you bought but was it was something like a proextender?

I did the same about 7 months ago and it was the start of my PE journey for a larger and healthier penis.

The next step was discovering Thunders and reading widely on things about how to use the extender, how to mod it and then other things to help my PE.

I found the extender firstly gave me flaccid gains along with some pain from the noose. Later started getting gains in BEPL.

Mods I found that worked are the DIY Velcro strap mod and the Autoextender VAC extender mod which fits most extenders. These avoid the noose pain.

I also discovered how to jelq and to kegel along the way. Then I discovered pumping and now do that as well as extending (at different times).

What they think of it
Any gains they have made
If it is not perfect then what modifications can be made

If your extender is not the dual strap/ noose type you can pick up replacement heads cheaply for most extenders including the proextender on eBay or Aliexpress. I use a bit of bandage with a short soft silicone sleeve on top placed behind my glans. This prevents slipping and provides comfort for the Velcro strap.

Autoextender Penis Enlargement Device

I have used both. The Vacextender is the more comfortable but you have to careful not to overdo it. I did and got blisters on my glans. Been using the Velcro since and will soon try the vacextender again at a lower tension setting to see if I can avoid any more blisters.

I also found the Velcro strap, with the bandage/ silicone sleeve pretty comfortable. The trick to me was to make sure the hard edge of the Velcro strap did not touch my corona (edge of glans) as this soon irritated it. Using a heat pad before and during extending and a bit of jelqing before and after also helps.

I am more positive about extenders probably because they were my entry into PE and they provide a fairly simple controlled means of stretching

Nope I am gonna stick with the advice and keep at the beginners routine for 3months (?) after that will dust off the cobwebs from my new extender and get cracking on that!
